Emailed them regarding the situation and heard nothing for two weeks. I called and was told to send back the item. The return shipping was $22. Another two weeks go by and I do not see any return to my account even though the package was retuned and signed for 2 days after I shipped it back. I call and speak to Mark who says he'll "have to get back to me about this." He calls back and says he's done the return. The return shows up without the return shipping cost. I call back regarding the return shipping to which he again says he'll "have to get back to me. This time I have to call him back to which he replies, 'Sorry I lost your phone number and you're going to have to eat that return shipping. Mistakes happen." So six weeks later I have been swindled, ignored, made to just through hoops, and charged $22 for it all.

I stopped in a store which was Fall River Pawn Brokers on Acushnet Ave. There was a gentleman and a women working there and the man charged my phone for a minute (at this point I was running late) and it was long enough for me to get the address off of my phone. I think his name was Jim, I didn't get hers but they are both very professional, friendly, and helped me out fast while also serving a customer in the store. Absolutely two of the best people that I ever meet. Btw my appointment went great and would have been a disaster without them. When you leave your house you never know what will happen and this is one day that I'll never forget.
