The Vic Park gym and Vic Park Medispa are now separate entities from the Annie Young spa. This is a full service spa with manicure/pedicure, facials, massage, waxing, makeup and hair salon. It's a beautiful bright open space on the third floor with lots of natural light. They have a great selection of makeup, hair and skin care products available to buy, but there is never any pressure to buy anything which I really like. The staff are outstanding, they are all very good at what they do, I have never had a bad service here. I haven't tried everything but I have had manicures, pedicures, makeup and hair done here. Everyone is incredibly pleasant, and the co-owner Charlene is often around and is a real delight to talk to. A minor thing - if you are here for a manicure in the winter, wear a sweater, the stations are next to the big windows and can get chilly. The prices are on the higher side but in line with what similar salons will charge and given the quality of the treatments are definitely worth the money. Annie Young is an awesome spot for all your primping needs. Highly recommended.

I had a reflexology massage with Mirela and she had such a comforting and relaxing energy and not to mention extremely skillful and knowledgeable about her profession. I had a Swedish massage with Nadiya and let me tell you if I lived in your country I would come see this lady for a massage every week; best massage of my life, she is very skillful. I had a brow tint with Steph C and she did a great job and then as we all know right after a brow tint it can be very intense especially for someone with my pale complexion so Francine very kindly offered to touch up my make up so that I didn't feel too self conscious to spend the rest of the day at the mall :) This establishment is well run and have hired a lovely and professionally accommodating staff.

Patrick is an incredible teacher, so knowledgeable and experienced. He will tailor your yoga practice to you. He knows how to challenge you but also when you should ease off and relax. He always makes you feel like he is there for you. He is also attentive and caring. He knows everyone by name and will take the time to get to know you. Unlike the big yoga classes with 50 people all trying to fight for a spot, the classes at Yoga Hana are small so that the teacher gives you a good amount of attention. There is also a great sense of community and inclusiveness. People from all levels go to Yoga Hana so it is not intimidating. The studio is in a large and super clean space, with big windows and plenty of space to move around. But it has a homey feel. Kitchen is accessible. Bathroom is always clean with shower, towels and all the supplies (soap, shampoo, lotion). Plenty of spaces to leave your mat and other yoga supplies so you don't have to lug it around every time. I love that the studio is lit with soft light and candlelight in the evening, it is so peaceful. The flexibility of the schedule is also a big plus for me. Classes are essentially taught throughout the day as early as 6h30am and finishing as late as 8pm. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in yoga, from the new to the advanced student, or somewhere in between, like me.

Jon from Yoga Chez Vous assured me that it would be fine, and that we would work slowly, building the muscles around the back to support it. We have been working together for a little while and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He takes his time, working to restore strength to the area. Always explaining why we are doing things and how they are benefiting me. I notice that i feel better after our sessions together, lighter. More in tune with myself and my breathing.
