XForce PC is great. During the latter part of COVID, I decided to buy a flight simulator. I was in the process of taking flying lessons. I did my research and found this amazing company. Ken Lannigan was fantastic from the beginning in helping me with any questions I had. He is so patient. Everything I ordered came intact and it was easy with the help of Ken and Mike's videos to put it all together. I recently had a problem and Ken patiently walked me through everything. I found XforcePC by Michael Brown's YouTube channel. This is now my second system I've ordered from them and couldn't possibly be more pleased. There are countless options when it comes to flight simulators and for some, this can be overwhelming. XForcePC was able to help me navigate these decisions and at times get me out of my own way, talking me out of more expensive, unnecessary upgrades. The systems Michael and Ken build are all about efficiency, performance and a clean aesthetic. (not RGB and "toaster" style cases you find on Amazon) Essentially, running X-Plane or Microsoft flight simulator smoothly on whatever set up you have. I was initially apprehensive about configuring some of the third-party software that interacts with X-Plane such as air manager. I also was concerned about getting ForeFlight (on my iPad) to work properly with X-Plane. XForcePC offers "white glove" set up (to their customers) where they will walk you through all of this. But truthfully, the email they send out after purchase, is so informative, with step-by-step instructions videos that you probably won't need it. Whether you're looking for a bare bones, budget system to affordably run X-Plane or a blazing fast "over-kill" system with multiple monitors, they can help you. I purchased a complete flight system and was guided the whole way through the process as this is my first sim. Ken was very helpful and explained everything in laymen terms making me feel very comfortable as this was going to be substantial purchase for me. Everything arrived within a week or so and I will admit, it took me a while to set everything up. The instructions were not written for a first timer. I did manage over time to get everything together. Now, for XPlane. There is a lot of configuring to do depending on your set up. Michael has several excellent videos to help with this process. Eventually, I needed some help with some drivers so, I gave them a call. Ken dropped everything at that moment to help me, took over control of my computer and worked his magic. He also went in to XPlane and configured my monitors. Overall, this has been a great experience working with these guys. I recommend first timers or seasoned sim experts to go to these guys for all your sim needs. They are the real deal. read more

Bought a PC from X-Force to run X-Plane. First few months the box worked fine. Now I have nothing but problems. It wouldn't power up. Sent the box back, they thought it had some kind of ground problem. Put it back together and sent it back. it worked for a day. Don't know what to do, out $900 plus $106 shipping. I will update with a more positive review if X-Force supports their product and can fix this computer. read more

I go to print two documents at 11:15. This location is close to my home and i figured it would be EASY. Well for 1 the two ladies at the print station were rude! The card machine was not reading my staples card. And on op of that STAPLES CHARGES FUCKING TAX TO PRINT!!! Like who does that?? I already got charged .30 per minute and .49for black and white pages. Don't be fooled by the fancy aviation related website. XForce PC is not a company you want to send money to. I bought one of their "higher-end" custom systems for five hundred dollars more than competitive equipment from more established suppliers. The machine does work, but does not appear to be overclocked as far as I can tell and is built with a low-end mobo. I at least expected good customer support in exchange for the premium price. It's a good thing I didn't hold my breath! Calls and emails were not responded to. Once (and only once) an email about a networking issue was responded to by them, pointing me to one of their videos which only provided general guidance but did not solve my problem. In the one phone conversation where they actually picked up, the rep told me that I was at the back of a long line. I am a 100% disabled vet and former CFI who really needed the help and they knew that. Gee, I wonder why there's a long line for customer service. Don't waste your money with these people. read more
