One of the owners has a giant white board that he updates I believe every week with a suggested work out schedule. I have yet to try it out as I have my own work out regiment, but I thought that was pretty cool! It had 4 different room, a front weight room with weight machines, a giant free weight room, a class room, and then a cardio room. It also has tanning, a sauna, and two very nice showers. I also love that you have the option of 24 hour access for a very small fee. Another great bonus, you're not locked into a contract. You can end any time you would like which is awesome (Not that I plan on leaving anytime soon.) If you are looking for a gym that isn't too crowded, with friendly staff and at a great price.
