We got a chilly reception, seeing as they were closing soon we were told The KITCHEN was Closed! We both ordered a scotch and club soda. Both of us said it didn't taste right. They were very faint in color and taste. When we mentioned to the owner, she got defensive and claimed "I've never been accused of pouring a short drink!" We didn't say she did. She then took our drinks and poured them in the sink saying "We're Done Here!". My husband & I looked at each and said "Let's go." that's when the owner said "I Think So! We then left! I can't believe the way we were treated! To treat your customers with such Disregard! The scotch didn't look right or taste right. While pizza has usually been my go to, local establishments have really been bungling my orders. When I saw that BW3s was resurrecting itself as a To Go spot, I was excited to try it. Online ordering was easy and intuitive, though the order time was not even closely adhered to; my 620 pick up that I placed before 3 pm wasn't ready until 640. You would think at the very least they would throw in something extra for the wait and you would be wrong about that. Besides poor service the other consistent thing about BW3 is that the food is good. While late, everyone did enjoy the wings!
