While the greens get a lot of use (and abuse sometimes) they are fast and roll true. The Sand Traps need some TLC (but remember this is a county course), and there are times when play is slow. Over all, Pets is a great course for the person that just plainly enjoys the game. They have multi tee boxes that make if fun at any level.
