I walked around for 5 or 10 minutes scouting out the territory. I saw a bottle of Ouzo so I asked that clerk if day by any chance carried Retsina, a Greek wine. I really wasn't expecting them to have it but the girl did look it up and told me none of the local locations had it but she saw signs that they had had it in the past. Darn it! I asked her how long ago and she said she didn't see any sign that they had carried it for the last couple of years which means I could have come in prior to that and they might have had it. Oh well, you win some, you lose some. I have not found it anywhere in town although the choices are limited since the only stores that sell liquor are the designated liquor stores. I did happen on to some Manischewitz and Morgan David brands of wine so I bought a bottle of Morgan David blackberry for $5.
