Friendly since day 1, willing to work with me on billing as a college student. They also supply a student discount. There was a discrepancy with an inconsistency in their hours from their website and it put me in a jam one morning, but they sent me a very long and detailed apology message the following day. This shows that they care about the individual customer, which I can't say about a lot of places nowadays. Coming from Sandretto Hills, it's a NIGHT AND DAY difference. They were also very cooperative with me to fit me into a good trailer spot.

Also there is outdoor storage for motor-homes and trailers. The entire outside is clean and well maintained. Restrooms are large and always clean. On site manager is friendly and very customer focused. We used it for storage but others keep or work on their classic cars on site. The owner is responsive and making improvements. We have rented several storage units over the last 4 years. Prescott Valley Mini Warehouse is in a class of their own.
