unfortunately, I read the negative reviews when it was too late and they turned out to be accurate…read more this shop had my car for almost 2 weeks total, charged me $3k, and 2 months later ... the exact same problem came back as if it was never fixed. I then took my car to the dealership of its brand and they have to redo everything this shop supposedly fixed. and of course, JR Auto Repair only takes Zelle or cash so there's no way to get your money back after you realize they stole from you. Junior asked me to bring my car back so they can take a look, but I have no faith in this shop to get things done properly. my car is too important for their incapable hands. Junior has a terrible attitude and you can tell by his sassy responses to the negative reviews that he is absolutely guilty of being a scammer. on top of being a scammer, the shop is overall unprofessional. I had to text and call several times for updates on my car. the price went up every time we spoke. they left hand prints all over hood and interior of the car. all on top of not actually fixing anything. overall, I feel taken advantage of. Junior asked me my age and commented that he thought I was much younger and he also asked what I do for a living as I have a nice car. he also made sure to mention before he even saw the car how expensive repairs can be on it just based off the brand. to me, he saw a young woman with a nice car and decided I would be an easy target, and I fell for it. please, do NOT bring your car to this shop. Junior absolutely is a salesman and he will say anything to get you to agree with him. do not make the same VERY EXPENSIVE mistake I made.

He kept his word and was on time, he even let me come an hour after closing time to show me the repairs and work on the car, I've NEVER seen a repair shop or store do that for a customer, and I work for the auto industry. To recap: * Good service * Good communication (including Spanish and English) * Low cost for professional work * Awesome flexibility Definitely would recommend to my friends/family and others with classic rides.

Employees performing the routine maintenance work were mostly trainees under the occasional supervison of the Owner, who was also attending other tasks besides my vehicle. After spending $175.00, for what was mostly an expensive oil change, and after leaving the location I found that the hood was not closed properly. Had to stop on Narcoossee Rd to close it. Further, and after a few minutes of driving, I found that the inspection phase missed the under inflated tires. (Checking tire pressure was part of the $175.00 they charged me). I had to stop at SAMS Club to add 4-5 lbs of air to all four. Back home, a closer inspection revealed dirty finger prints all over, including the steering wheel. Lifting up the hood revealed an improperly re-installed air intake filter cover. Bottom line is that this shop needs to improve the level of employee skills before assigning them to tasks without close supervision. It also needs to initiate better Quality of Service practices. There is no excuse to not closing a car hood properly, dirty fingers, and for failing to check tire pressures, when full inspection was called for and invoiced for.
