We have used Metro Ink for approximately a year for our business cards. We have continually been…read morepleased with the printed pieces. That said, recently, we had ordered another set of business cards for a new employee. However, when we received the business cards, they were not in their normal, form fitting packaging, we became accustomed to. Instead, when we opened the box, the cards were scattered in a larger box. It seemed unprofessional and showed a lack of respect towards the final product. When I brought this to Metro Ink's attention, their response was brief and dismissive.I followed up with the owner of the company which resulted in a day's worth of emails back and forth resulting in no amenable resolution. This experience has lacked a basic level of professionalism and customer relations that anyone would expect from a business.
