I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. I had 4 quotes total and these guys had the best price by far and they were rated highly on YELP. So I gave them the order. The workers worked neatly and efficiently. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak. The workers came back the next day and repaired them to my satisfaction. I wanted to rearrange some of the furniture and the workers were happy to so. Tried this company because of the great reviews...very disappointed. The guys that came out were…read morenice and punctual. Communication was good but I felt like I needed to "babysit" to make sure windows were being cleaned. I asked for the screens to be cleaned for the add on price and was told "we can't get them any cleaner than what they are". I will attach a picture of my "clean" screen. When inquiring about a quote, I sent pictures of indoor door walls that I wanted to be cleaned, was told no problem it would be quoted with job. The guys were wrapping up inside and I had to ask about the door walls, was told that wasn't on the quote and they would need to make a phone call. Was told they would do them but basically they would be doing it for free because the quote didn't reflect the extra cost. I tipped and felt obligated to add extra tip for the door walls. After the guys left I walked around and noticed screens were left out of windows and the rooms were left a mess with things that were moved and left, not at all the detail I am looking for. I have my windows done twice a year and more than willing to pay for great service and the extras, unfortunately, it won't be with this company again.
