I had them come and clean two large area rugs, two small door mats, steps, and a loft area. The cost was $180 which seemed very reasonable to me. We got a new puppy who has had several accidents (they never go on the tile floor) and left stains on the carpet and they got all the stains out. They sent reminders, arrived at the scheduled time, cleaned everything in an hour, were careful with my home, and were masked and vaccinated. read more

Brian came first to clean some area rugs and did an amazing job. I then had him return to clean my vinyl plank flooring which a previous maid had put a polish on that required a great deal of work for Brian to get it back to the original finish. As always, more than pleased with our carpet cleaning! We have our carpets cleaned every 6 months - every time Best Way is on time, efficient, professional, and pleasant. They are always able to get our spots and stains out and revitalize our heavily trafficked areas. This was our first time getting our carpets cleaned "post-COVID." It was apparent from the time of scheduling that Best Way had a plan in place - they communicated their recommendations in advance (ie requesting that the home owner remain in a separate are of the house to maintain social distancing). I can't give you a review for service, however, I called to see what they would charge to clean my carpet. I usually pay about $100-$125. The lady told me that they have a minimum fee of $400 to come approximately 23 miles from Ann Arbor to Manchester. Are you kidding me? The cost of fuel to make that drive is probably $20 round trip, and it usually takes about 45 minutes to clean my carpet. They might want to rethink that minimum. read more

I spent a lot of time researching companies to clean my carpet in my house before deciding to go with Best Way. Aside from the normal dirt/traffic stains, I had some pretty bad stains in a few places in my house - red wine and a large brown stain (2x2ft!) of unknown origin. I honestly didn't have much hope in seeing those stains disappear. The guys who were doing the cleaning showed up during the appointment window and apologized for being closer to the end of it, as they were having a busy day. I showed them what I wanted to clean, they asked about any specific stains I had concerns about and if I knew what the stains were. He quickly put together the pricing for the cleaning and I agreed on it, having already known roughly how much it was going to cost. I asked them if I had to stick around while they were cleaning and they said no, feel free to run some errands and they'd call my cell phone when they were almost done. When I came back, man was I surprised! I didn't know my carpet could look that clean. Not only that, out of the two stains I didn't expect to get better, they got one of them out completely and almost all of the other one out. They even setup some of the fans I had around to help dry things out. I was left some shoe/sock covers to wear while the carpet continued to dry and was also given a free bottle of stain remover. They even said that tomorrow if there were any spots that stains reappeared to give them a call, as they would show up free of charge to make sure it was cleaned. Best Way was quick, professional, and did an excellent job. It's the first professional carpet cleaning I've had done and I will certainly be calling them back in the future. If you have problem stains, want a good cleaning of your carpet, and want to use a locally owned company, I highly recommend giving Best Way a call. read more

I have used Best Way Carpet Cleaning many times over the years. I had them in home a couple of days ago and they did a great job, again. It had been a while since I had the carpets professionally cleaned so they were filthy! Jason and partner arrived at the appointed time and got to work. They took care of my home when they were here, meaning they were careful. The cleaned carpets look great overall, but look especially great in the high traffic areas that were nasty. I also had them clean an upholstered ottoman that was getting a bit dirty. The ottoman looks good too. So, all my experiences with Best Way Carpet Cleaning have been very good. If there was a 4.5 star rating I'd give them that one. read more

I decided to use Best Way after reading several excellent reviews on the company. This was my third time having my carpet cleaned; the previous two were with two other companies. I must say that I am very pleased with the job the guys did, and will be using Best Way for all future carpet cleaning jobs. I have a sister/roommate who loves to make her mark everywhere she goes (i.e. coffee stains, makeup, wine, etc.). The previous carpet cleaning company had made a good attempt to remove these stains, but were unsuccessful. Much to my surprise, the guys from Best Way were able to remove several of these old stains in addition to several tough new stains. Even before beginning the job, they were upfront and realistic with me regarding whether or not each stain can be removed. Aside from the excellent job performed, I have to say that the most important factor that makes Best Way stand out from the other two companies is the fact that they truly care about the quality of their work. The guys were thorough, professional, courteous, and friendly. It is always uncomfortable for me to have strangers inside my condo- especially for purposes as extensive as having the carpet in my entire condo cleaned.
