I was a bit nervous as $50 seemed a little high but after picking it up and seeing how gorgeous it was in person I was already happy with my decision. The texture, the flavor, the consistency in both the cake layer heights and how they were baked - it all was perfect. It was perfectly soaked so that it wasn't dry whatsoever but also was able to stand up and not squish under the weight of the toppings.
