The center itself was standard as community centers go. It was clean and organized, even decorated nicely for the holiday season. Parking lot is on the smaller side but we found a spot up close pretty quickly. I can't speak to much else besides the main building that we were in but overall a good experience!

I have used several of the facilities at Fort Boise and some are new while others are a little…read moreolder and worn. The way I look at Fort Boise is different than my normal reviews. I am rating Fort Boise on the services that are provided rather than the shine you see when you enter the facility. I am so very thankful for stumbling upon my community center. My community connection seems more complete with it. I have used this place as my gym and as my continuing eduction fix. My ceramics class grounds my art craving. Weekly, I walk into a studio filled with budding and more advanced artist. I am surrounded by like minds that find solace in creating something out of clay. If I am wanting to work my heart, I will go to my community center to run or lift weights or to take yoga classes. The gym areas are not huge but it is nice to have a place to go that isn't packed. Nothing matters more to me than what this place STANDS for. The people that work here are dedicated to making their community better and more active. They have a teen center, several art studios, a large gym, and a senior center. Every person I bump into at Fort Boise are friendly and helpful. Please look into other classes, activities, and services that Fort Boise provides. My review is exclusive to the gym and art center but their offerings reach far beyond the boundaries of their walls. I heart!

Stopped into HUB 365 today to see what kind of treasures I can find. I have yet to check out this…read morethrift shop. I honestly thought it was only for the people who attended the church that it's affiliated with but it's actually open to the public! I saw a handful of posts on FB Marketplace so I took that as a sign to head in! It's a smaller shop. Very organized, clean and bright! I appreciate how everything is categorized by it's item. Clothes, antiques, home. It was very easy to shop and look around. I checked about 50% of the store out. I usually go to thrift stores with one thing in mind and that's to find China dishes or old frames. Their antique section was smaller but had quite a few beautiful pieces! I was able to grab a pretty trinket dish and a couple berry bowls. And they were reasonably priced! I appreciate that they aren't price gauging their customers. Thrifting is supposed to be fun and money saving! These folks are here for the people and not for crazy profit, I appreciate that! I look forward to coming back and supporting this thrift shop. I would like to donate and support them that way as well! I can't wait to see what kind of goodies I'll be able to find in my future shopping adventures here.

Not just a kid thing, but adults should enjoy the process of water reclamation. Great teaching tool for residents who need to understand the water resources. California could learn a lot from the measures taken by Idahoans to preserve fhis valuable resource.

I was recently in Boise for a conference which was held at JUMP. This was one of best conferences…read moreI've ever been to and most of that what due to this amazing venue. First of all, the venue is spacious and works perfectly for a large event. The venue provided breakfast, lunch, and appetizers, and drinks everyday of the conference and the food was amazing. It was the best food I've ever had at conference. They had homemade potato chips and bread. Wonderful desserts and pastries. The first day we had salmon bowls with rice and veggies they were delicious! Everything is top notch and I hope they decide to hold next year's conference here.

We were denied because my son didn't stick with his therapist due to my inability to work full time pay everything myself, raise.my daughter and son its hard to consistently get a kid in front of a therapist, who also denied seeing my son again, for his own convenient reasons. So Do Yourself a favor, have your child in counseling ongoing before the mass amount of paperwork and a 2 hour interview to then explain to your son in desperate need of a role model, sorry son, they denied you, real nice program,​
