Homeriver group isnt great. Not absolutely horrible, but not great. Not very responsive. I moved in…read moreduring the pandemic and had to drive from Boise to their locked Nampa office and look under a potted plant to get my laundry room and mail keys. But some of the newer maintenance and home inspection people are fantastic, they communicate well and are easy to work with. John B*******e(censored for privacy reasons) for example is very friendly and personable. He clearly explained what he needed to do to make necessary repairs, and he did a great job.

Bar was busy & super loud between the volume of all the TVs & people in the bar watching football. The bar & dining area are all in same space. I ordered a rice bowl with chicken. The chicken, 2 really small pieces on top of rice,had a spicy red sauce on it. Then, the sauce included with the bowl was a heavy salty Soy sauce. Not sure why they wouldn't include the same sauce as ordered for chicken. It was a weird combination, didn't really go together. My friend ordered fish & chips. Total grease fest. He wound up taking multiple tums. Will not be going back. I can make a better rice bowl with anything that's left over in my fridge. How hard is it to just make good food?
