I definitely understand why they came so highly recommended! Service Advisor Joe Lopez is absolutely wonderful. Not only is he attentive to his customers' needs, but he goes out of his way to follow up after repairs to make sure my car is running properly and that everything is working as it should. In the past, I have been somewhat distrustful of automotive repair shops after being told I needed repairs that later proved to be unnecessary. That has not been my experience here. I have complete trust and confidence in Accurate Automotive and genuinely feel that they are honest about what my vehicle does--and does not--need. Work IS guaranteed. Never had an issue with any service provided. If an issue does arise it is taken care of immediately without extra cost. Only time there was an issue it was with the manufacturer of the item and not with Accurate. Two years later, brought the car back in, they replaced the item free of charge. For my older car (1966), I take it out to their Foothills shop where the mechanics know how to fix it correctly. No where to plug-in a computer and get a read out. Friends and acquaintances ask about auto repair or towing; there is only one place that gets recommended. Have used Accurate Automotive Attention for over 25 years and have never been let down. I was having electrical problems with my Ram 2500 diesel truck. The batteries were draining down…read morefor some reason and after sitting for two days did not have enough charge to start the truck. I had just replaced the batteries less than three months ago. I was directed to Precision Automotive by Accurate Automotive because of the diesel engine. When I brought the truck in Chris listened to my detailed explanation of my problem and decided to first check the condition of both batteries. His employee tested both batteries and both tested at 100%. I then discussed the situation with Chis. He said he would need the truck for two days, and then gave me a detailed explanation of the process that needed to be gone through to find the problem. And told me if I was handy I could do it myself, at least down to finding the circuit causing the problem. Then it would require knowing which parts are on that circuit to find the problem. At this point I did not have the ability to leave the truck for two days and since we were heading back home to Idaho soon, I would have my mechanic there help find the problem. I then tried to pay for the work and information provided but Chris would not allow me to pay him. If your in the Yuma area and information provided the need of service or automotive repairs you should give Precision Automotive, Diesel & Transmission a try. This is a great automotive service and repair business.
