The attendant on duty in the tunnel? More interested in his radio than actually doing his job. He was supposed to give clear hand gestures to guide me and the car ahead of me - instead, he just waved his hand across the sign like he was swatting away a fly. Lazy! Very unprofessional, especially compared to my recent visits where everything was top-notch. I was helping my Mother with her truck, so I can't complain too much - family comes first, believe me, and we love that Membership. But come on, this guy needs a wake-up call.
