The attendants who are so often in the sun and the heat at the entrance are friendly and knowledgeable about the services that are offered , any time I've had questions. They have been very informative and . The employees waving vehicles into the bay have never been anything but totally focused and quick to pause the belt should there be any misalignment. The management team is the unsung heroes of this business in our community. Today, I learned that they have amazing knowledge that they are willing to impart to help make our hard earned dollars spent more worthwhile. Not everyone who owns a car is an expert on how to make our effort really shine. The management team keeps busy, but they are more than happy to talk to you about tips or ideas for your specific vehicle. She has their Membership, so we use it all the time - tremendous value, unlimited washes, smart move! Normally, this place is fantastic, very professional, does a tremendous job. But not this time! The attendant on duty in the tunnel? More interested in his radio than actually doing his job. He was supposed to give clear hand gestures to guide me and the car ahead of me - instead, he just waved his hand across the sign like he was swatting away a fly. Lazy! Very unprofessional, especially compared to my recent visits where everything was top-notch. I was helping my Mother with her truck, so I can't complain too much - family comes first, believe me, and we love that Membership. But come on, this guy needs a wake-up call. I hope his supervisors see this review and talk some real professionalism into him, big league. While in line, I spoke with an employee because your card service was not working. That issue was eventually resolved, and I explained that I primarily needed to use the vacuum. I was told I needed to purchase a car wash in order to access the vacuums, so I paid for the wash with that understanding. After completing the car wash, I discovered that the vacuums were not working. I notified one of your employees, who told me they needed to reboot and would be back on shortly. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes, but the vacuums never came back online. When I asked again, I was told to continue waiting. Eventually, another employee informed me that the vacuums would not be coming back on at all. At that point, I requested a voucher or some form of credit since I had paid for a service I did not need, solely to access the vacuums. I explained that I urgently needed the vacuum to clean a spill in my car upholstery to prevent staining. Instead of assistance, I was told to go to another location and "look it up" myself, despite not being familiar with the area. I was also told that the other location might already be closed. To make matters worse, I was later told that the vacuums are actually free, which directly contradicted the information I was given by your staff. When I pointed this out, I was told the employee who misinformed me was new and "doesn't matter." However, he represents your business, and the information he provided influenced my decision to pay for a car wash I did not need. This experience left me not only without the service I required but also feeling misled, disrespected, and out of money. Many other customers were also frustrated by the lack of transparency.
