I was a patron of Xavier's Cigar Bar for many years. The owner has raised prices three times this year, not due to inflation or rising costs, but because he believes his customers should be giving him more of their income. He frequently yells, creates a hostile environment, and has banned at least six people during my time as a customer. This business reportedly lost $50,000 last year, which reflects the consequences of mismanagement and a toxic atmosphere. I've personally saved enough by no longer going there to put a down payment on a Jeep--and I haven't looked back. After I initially posted this review, the owner attempted to pressure me into removing it and even threatened to contact my employer in an attempt to discredit me. I removed the review under that pressure, but I'm reposting it now because the public deserves an honest account. Threatening customers for speaking the truth is unacceptable. Stay away. read more

Highly recommend! Well organized, have been to a few cigar shops and cigar lounges and by far has been the cleanest seating area as well as a great selection of sticks. Owner is very attentive and educated does not try to up sale you, instead he will recommend what best soothes you instead of trying to take your money. Definitely one of my top spots. read more

Nestled inside RK Sage Plaza this cigar shop was filled with locals inside and out. The selection of cigars was all across the board and there was something for everyone. They have an ample array of beer and wine as well. We were assisted with excellent customer service-which is a rarity these days. Everyone was friendly and Harris even offered recommendations for local restaurants which was another added bonus. The people here were so friendly and very knowledgeable. I explained what I was looking for and I was in and out of there in less than ten minutes. We have being going to Xavier's Cigar Lounge since it opened. It is the best cigar lounge I have been too. My brother is the cigar smoker and I visit with him because this is the cleanest lounge with no smoke odor or in the air. I enjoy the patrons, the food and the refreshments. I'm a sports fan and they televise all the sports. Harris, the owner, is a special person. Helpful, fun and sincere. My brother tells me the humidor is top notch and filled with a great selection.
