When in fact it's not it came from the factory as a 5 speed manual. He also told me I had no more bushings left, well which bushing? Motor mount? CV Axel?. He also damaged my steering wheel he gripped it hard has hell and left a dent on my steering wheel. They tried to charge me almost $900 just for a rotor replacement. I went and got the whole front brake system re done for about $500 with a master mechanic. And what made it worse the Hawaiian punch guy behind the counter still tried to get a sale after I told them no, just give me my truck I'll be on my way.

He hit something in the road one afternoon and made it to their shop on his way to get my granddaughter. He was concerned about the oil pan. They stopped checked his car did a repair and got him on his way and never charged him a dime. They had no idea the young man was even my son. I'll be forever grateful for the good people they are. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish…read more I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, only to walk into an office that looked like it was halfway through a demolition project. The waiting area was stripped out, dirty, disorganized, and had almost no seating for customers. It immediately gave the impression of a business that either doesn't care about appearances or is barely functioning. Despite having an actual appointment time, nobody even looked at my vehicle until roughly 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment. Not updated. Not apologized to. Just left sitting there wasting my time. The worst part? After finally getting around to it, I was told they wouldn't even be able to perform the work at all. So to summarize: * Scheduled an appointment * Arrived early * Waited nearly an hour past appointment time * Received zero meaningful communication * Was ultimately told they couldn't do the job anyway Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. If your shop is unable to perform certain work, that should be figured out BEFORE customers burn an hour or more of their day sitting in a dirty lobby waiting to be ignored. An appointment clearly means nothing here. I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience felt disorganized, disrespectful of customers' time, and poorly managed from top to bottom.

After the tune up I was told I needed a coil pack, as well as, an alternator. The told me the alternator was going to cost $600! That is a little high in my book! During the weekend I noticed my vehicle was still not driving right. On Monday, 1/15/18, I took the vehicle back and had a different mechanic look at the vehicle. He found that the spark plugs had not been changed! I would think changing the spark plugs would be part of a $180 tune up! The mechanic changed the spark plugs. However, I am still hearing the noise, and wondering what else they missed! I feel that this business took advantage of me, because I am a woman and do not know much about vehicles.
