It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I only got to try on one dress, and even then, there was no real effort to help me explore options or make the experience enjoyable. It felt like she didn't want to assist me or take the time to work with me at all. The shop itself is in a house, which I don't mind, but the customer service was extremely lacking. Jose took the time to change the jackets and ties on the mannequins so I could get the full picture. After all this was for my wedding. I've been quoted above $1000 to buy a suit or to have one tailor made by other shops. It was less than half of that here and with a much better selection.
