Their prices online matches what they have in store. It was a bit pricier than retail, but at least I know I was getting the legit item. They're located in a plaza with two stories. Plenty of parking in the lot & I think the other businesses are opened on weekdays only so it was pretty empty. The store also had lots of freebies like posters, photo cards, etc. The female manning the store was very patient with us browsing and answering questions. They also sell make up, albums and other collectible items like Sanrio and Pop Mart. They were reselling Labubu's and had some clothing as well. A great local business to visit! If you enjoy KPop, KPOPJOY is the place to go to. They have a nice selection of KPop music from your favorite artists. I didn't purchase any music specifically, but ended up buying some Korean sunscreen as they did carry it in store. The owner here is very friendly, and the price for the sunscreen was really affordable. They moved from the West Covina mall to a local strip mall. It's a bit hidden on the second floor, but still worth checking out. read more

I've been shopping at KPOPJOY since they were at the West Covina Mall and this is seriously the ultimate store for all your kpop needs and obsessions/fandoms as well as K-beauty. Customer service: The staff are truly the nicest people and they genuinely care about their customers. Shopping experience: One thing I love about this store is how they put the photo card on the album so you already know who you're going to pull. This is perfect for someone like me who doesn't like surprises lol. For example, I was able to buy the Seventeen darevdevil happy burstday version album with my bias. You can also trade your photo card for some albums. For example, I bought SKZ dominATE album and pulled Seungmin. But they let me trade for my bias from what other people traded. I always leave happy because I leave with my bias. Value: Their prices are super reasonable compared to other stores esp for light sticks. And it makes it even better that you pay that price and leave with what you want and with your bias. Also, they have a deal for every $10 you spend you get free lomo cards. So go check them out and bring some KPOPJOY into your life! read more

I took my daughter today and she loved the store and we bought a few things and played a token game there for $1 per token where you win a random photo card by various kpop bands like new jeans, enhypen, stray kids, itzy, bts and others. My kid was driving me crazy with these Kpop light sticks. He wanted the Strat Kids light stick but version #1 not the new version #2. I called every Kpop store basically in Southern California and even Las Vegas ‍‍ and no one has them understandably as it was discontinued due to the new ones coming out.
