I asked. I followed up. I waited. Nothing. And calling the office? Imagine phoning tech support in India circa 2003: "You are #73 in the queue... please hold for the next 4 days and enjoy our 1950s elevator music and by the way here's lots of info about our new North Las Vegas office that you have zero interest in" That's Ace Primary's entire communication system. A black hole with hold music and a new office sales pitch. After weeks of trying to get a routine blood test order sent, I finally switched to a provider who answers the phone, follows through, and treats patients like humans instead of recruits. Ace Primary needs a complete administrative overhaul before I could recommend them to anyone.
