It started so well. I had a wonderful appointment with Kerry. She was knowledgeable & informative. We discussed my issues thoroughly, and I felt confident in her service. Still do. However...... it is almost a month later, and I still do not have my medication. A couple of weeks ago I inquired about it and was told the following week by staff I would receive it. I did not. When I inquired again, I was told I would receive it this week. It was due to arrive this morning at 10:30. I took off a couple of hours from work so I could be home to make sure it got into the refrigerator immediately. Around the time I was expected to receive it. I received a message from UPS that they had an insufficient address and couldn't deliver it. I scrambled to contact the pharmacy and UPS. I was told that Ageless Forever gave them then an complete address. Then I tried calling Ageless Forever. I got put on hold and the woman who answered the phone went to lunch (actually, the entire office did) without picking up my call. After their lunch and much discussion with the office, I was told that UPS would be delivering it by 9 PM tonight. The meds were delivered just before five and the product was hot. Not warm, not luke warm, not cool. I am certain the product cannot be any good. It was hot. It had been sitting in a hot UPS truck all day. So it's a month later, I missed a day of work, and I'm out hundreds of dollars and I'm not very happy. read more

This place is not for you if you know what you're really getting. They charge you monthly for test. They charge you for bloodwork and then if you miss the doctors phone call they charge you a missed appointment fee, $105. This place is a scam. You can get test and monitoring elsewhere. This is not a medical office of any kind. Think of it like a salon or spa. Read on to find out my reasons for saying this. Had an appointment for a "meet and greet" with Kerry Cutler. Never actually got into see her and here's why. I signed in at the front and both front desk employees were busy but one did greet me. I sat for approximately 15 minutes and watched two other people go in for their appointment. This place is dead so it's not like they're handling volumes of patients. The other front desk finally looked at my name on the sign in sheet after 15 minutes and told me I hadn't registered online, which I had already done. Seeing no point in arguing about it, I sat down and quickly did it in less than five minutes and turned it in. The doctor in charge of the practice came out once to chat with the front desk and did see me waiting but nothing happened. Then it was announced that I would need to reschedule as it was now 20 minutes past my appointment and THEY WERE GOING TO LUNCH. Really???? See why I can't possibly consider this a real medical practice? Who does that? It should be the office's responsibility to check the forms in the morning at the beginning of the day. It's not my fault you haven't trained your staff well. I left and it's now a few days later not one call or email from this spa/salon asking to reschedule me When an office advertises they don't take insurance, clearly they are about money and volume not service. To be honest I had concerns when I saw it was a DO and not an MD running the office so I guess I should not be surprised. FYI no matter how they try and spin it, a DO can never compare themselves in any way, shape or form to an MD. Save yourself the time, money and inconvenience of this place and go elsewhere. Post pregnancy leaves a woman with a lot of issues. After pushing out 9lb10oz baby I feel very blessed to have found something that is getting me to where I was. I went to Las Vegas for treatment. I did 3 sessions of Femiwave and received an O shot. On the day - felt no pain, it felt little numb down below for a few hours, no down time, I could instantly feel the space inside had shrunk, skin and episiotomy scar smoother and I felt tighter. During the 3rd session I also had a OShot. In addition to more skin smoothing, scar tissue more relaxed, space inside shrinking and tightening, now my lips also felt plumper. 1 week later I am amazed at the results. I coughed a few times, and did jumping exercises in my cardio barre class. Last week whenever I did this type of movement I wet my pants a little. I even turned up at the Ageless Forever office last week after a little accident when I pulled the strap on baby car seat to tighten it, and it pushed down below. To now being able to bounce on the bed I'm so happy. Thank you to Melissa and Dr P for offering women this treatment, especially after child birth. After going the gym class and doing kegel exercises that made no difference, I really thought I was stuck in the state I was in forever. Fact is that Femiwave has given me results! I arrived at Ageless Male for my first appointment at 0845. I had scheduled the appointment for 0900. While I noticed the office hours posted on the front door, I only paid attention to the top one, which stated that the business opened at 0800. I acknowledge that it was my mistake for not looking more carefully. The sign also mentioned that if the door is locked, I should ring the bell, but there was no bell available. Instead, I decided to knock. Dr. Pierce unlocked the door and in a condescending tone asked, "yeah, can I help you?" I informed him that I had an appointment at 0900. He glanced at the front door with a disgusted expression and replied, "we don't open until 9." He then mentioned that they were in a staff meeting and asked me to come back. I was taken aback by the doctor's rudeness. I'm not sure if he was having a difficult meeting or if this is his usual behavior, but that was my personal experience. Needless to say, I returned to my car and left. There are several male wellness centers in Las Vegas, so it might be worth exploring other options. read more

Total rip off. I called to inquire about Growth Hormone and was quoted 1200-1300$ just for an appointment and blood work. then to get into the "HGH therapy test" another 550$. That's before I even get prescribed. Are you kidding me. These reviews are obviously padded. I have gotten HGH thru a doctor before and although it can be very expensive I have never been charged an appointment fee. Dr. Pierce you are totally ripping people off with this non sense. The woman I talked to refuse to have the doctor call me back to answer one question. The staff is horrible. I was being treated for typical testosterone replacement. Once you go in for your initial bloodwork, it should be fairly simple to mail out your monthly supplies. On 4 different occasions they sent out the wrong items or lack thereof. They mailed them to a wrong address. The online platform is not user friendly and a bit antiquated. When I shared my frustrations, they were laxed in their responses. When I told them I was looking elsewhere for new services they were happy to say goodbye. Being busy is good, but arrogance is not. I wish them well. If I were you I'd look at some others in the valley. read more

I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Pierce that I had high blood pressure and he he put me on medicine for it. His own nurse acknowledged that the way they were taking blood pressure was flawed and took mine the old fashioned way and it showed that my blood pressure was normal. Stay away. read more

I've been loving the Superior quality of care Dr. Pierce and his kick-ass team, Joni, Jolene, Julie, and Holly, have treated me with since 2014! My prescription requires monthly doctor visits to fill. I used to waste 2-4 hours of my life every month waiting to see my previous doctor...TORTURE! As one of Dr. Pierce's concierge patients, I've never waited more than a few minutes to see him! Yay! No more cattle call at the doctors office! Twice a year, he does an extensive panel of blood work just to ensure everything is functioning properly. Then he goes over your results with you in detail. Dr. Pierce and his program have changed my life! I have always struggled with weight issues, I have a thyroid problem and it's been very hard to maintain/lose weight. Then to make matters worse in February 2017 I was diagnosed with a heart condition that required me to be inactive for 10 months. So obviously the pounds packed on! Since starting with Dr. Pierce 4 months ago I have lost 20lbs and feel amazing! Between the change in my thyroid and hormone meds and the supplements that I'm now taking I have great energy and am able to exercise. The weight is finally coming off. Holly (the nutritionist) is awesome! She has me on a new eating plan (not diet) and truly the hardest problem I have with the plan is making sure I eat all of the portions because there is no skimping on the good food.
