There are plenty of doctors in this city offering concierge care, but before asking patients to pay more, the basics of follow-up, communication, and respect for patients' time should already be in place. Dr. Chuang always seems to be in a hurry. Each patient is entitled to 15 minutes of her time and each visit is for one consultation. I've been her patient for 10 years and was able to overlook these uncaring characteristics of a family Doctor. Looks like it's meant to be. Not going to miss this clinic especially the rude staff!
