I could feel the employees watching me at the printer counter.(Mind you I was not greeted coming into the store) but I continued reading about 3 different clever birthday cards. As I began to walk the center aisle I was approached by a short hispanic woman who had come from the register, I assume she was the manager, asking if I needed help finding anything. I told her a 5 Star- 5 subject notebook. As she guided me to the notebooks I tried making small talk and she abruptly cut me off and ignored me. We walked in silence until we made it to the aisle. When we got to the notebooks she kurtly threw her hand up and said here are the 5 subject notebooks and walked away. They didn't have the color I wanted either. I was going to get a different brand but I noticed the priced was a bit high for a notebook. So I pulled out my phone to compare to stores around me and I found what I was looking for at a much better price. I began to exit the store, I notice various employees are surveilling me. I sat in an office chair to test it out. Since I work from home I sit alot and my back bothers me from time to time. I take a slip and exit the store. As I leave I notice there is a black male standing by the door watching me leave until I got in my car. I never shop at Office Max, but after the way I was treated. I won't be back.

I am so happy that I located Red River Paper. I had almost given up hope of ever finding the paper…read morethat I needed. Every year I design and print photo calendars for my family. I usually print 5 of them, although in some years I have done more. Printing the calendar grid and the photos front/back, I use 13 pieces of paper per calendar (which means I need 65 pieces of paper total). I absolutely have to have high-quality, double-sided, matte finish paper that is at least 32 lb. weight. I used to use HP Premium Presentation Paper, but apparently that is no longer manufactured. Local stores either had a) nothing that could handle double-sided printing, b) paper was 28 lb. (which I have found to be much too light) or c) card stock (much too heavy). I was able to locate an Epson paper, but it was only 50 sheets - obviously not enough - and it wasn't cheap, either. Days of searching online finally brought me to Red River Paper. When I saw that they produce only inkjet paper and they had exactly what I was looking for, I was ecstatic. And, they're located here in Texas, which made it even better! Ordered a box of their 32-lb. double-sided matte paper. Ordering was easy, and price was actually very reasonable for a box of 100 sheets (even with shipping included). Delivery was quick. Results were superb! No more frantically searching for paper to print my calendars. I'll definitely be coming back to Red River Paper when I need to replenish my stock.

Headliner Magic sent me the EXACT same material that I bought from Ebay that was crappy and cheap China junk. So now I have to ship the material back to Headliner Magic. I sent them 2 emails, (according to their website, you need to get an approval email first before sending anything back for a refund) about 3 days ago and they havent responded back.
