I was the only customer in the store, and She seemed inconvenienced that I was shipping multiple (6) envelopes, and I quote " for future reference make your own labels online so I don't have to". Been to this location a few times and the workers are pretty kind, it seems to get quite busy in there but they do their best. In regards to the review before mine about the lady who showed up after 7pm(the business's closing time), I was in the store while she was treating one of the employees very rudely, he was being very kind to her and was apologetic despite appearing to have no involvement in the issue she mentioned. I witnessed her writing something on a card and just throwing it at him while complaining and being rude about an issue that could have been avoided by showing up before closing in my opinion. As a customer I dislike seeing employees getting treated badly so I just wanted to add my input on what I witnessed. read more

Unbelievable. 1st the FedEx Adroid App showed my package was in some other state last night. I updated it requesting for my needing to be refrigerated prescription (needs a signature) to be delivered to this store instead of my house. FedEx screwed up and sent put it on a truck and they tried to deliver it to my house. I called and they finally got it to the store around 3pm. 2nd, I wasn't where I could get there until right at 7pm. There were at least 3 people in there Closing at 7:05 when I arrived and the assistant manager wouldn't let me in to just pick up the package. I will go out of my way to NOT go to this business again. read more

I use this fed ex as my go to for shipping. They have greet customer service and go the extra mile.

Slow workers ... 1/2 are super friendly and the other 1/2 don't want to even make eye contact with you because they don't want to deal with your questions or comments for that matter. Shipping and copying areas are the busiest and most unattended for by the workers. The location is great because it's right off the highway and easy to get to and from here when going in and out of the Lewisville area. read more

The worst experience ever!!! I was expecting a package on 2/12/2020. I I mentioned on the FedEx website pls try to deliver afte %30pm, obvioult that was overlooked. On the delivery person arrives, I tell her I'm not home through the camera and to leave the package at the door. She sais she needs signature so she'll drop it at the pick up,location. On getting home I pick the door tag go the 2267 S Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville Tx location and they said my driver messed u and package is in 500 Hanson Dr, Irving Tx. He gives me the wrong address. It's 5000 Hanson Dr. Anyways, I call the FedEx ppl customer service and they have no idea what's going on and they say it's at the Lewisville center. I'm telling them the guy there is saying it's not there. BTW his done was very rude as if I was lying to him!! I drive to Irving location and they say it's in Lewisville location. I'm a diabetic patient and with all this running around by now my sugar was dropping and I was getting more pissed. I come back to Lewisville and now they say yeah we have it. Seriously!!!! What does FedEx think of themselves. They need hire a smarter people and not some dumbass fools!!! and people who can be little more curtious on the call. Fedex in its entirety is horrible I shop two cases of bottles for my daughters baby shower from NJ to Texas and like the videos being posted on the internet my entire shipment was damaged! 1 box made it but useless the entire box was busted and glass every where the second box completely damaged in Memphis! I was hesitant about sending it they Fedex with the videos and horror stories out . I prefer the Postal Service but of course Fedex lived up to its horrible delivery service! My daughter shower is a mess and I am out of money. Trying to file a claim is a nightmare I gotta send shit to prove they damaged my shipment when they told me they screwed it up! read more

DO NOT USE FedEx for your holiday shipping or EVER! I created a shipping label online and my total came out to $18.75. I brought item in to be placed into the box that I paid for and they told me that it was going to be too small. I paid for a larger box and the attendant put my label on the box and that I was good to leave. I never did witness anyone measure the box or anything so a couple weeks later, Fedex changed my $18.75 charge to $83.76! I had sent ONE comforter blanket to TN. I have been fighting with my bank and Fedex now for almost a month and I will never ship via Fedex again. Please, for the love of God, do not use Fedex. They will rip you off without even telling you. Share away! read more

I hate this damn place, particularly this location. The people working there are always rude and unresponsive and tonight was icing on the cake. I walk in, the only customer, and there are four employees behind the counter. This one employee guy (doing nothing) tells another employee that he doesn't want to help me. I don't know if these jokers are having an off day or what. There's 3 or 4 guys working here and they're "swamped." There's hardly anyone in here. I called ahead about pricing and availability to have some engineering drawings scanned. I was told a reasonable price and told a discount. Somehow $60 bucks turned into $600 when I get there, plus I don't get my drawings until the next day. What just happened? Some they finagle it down to 60. They call me back an hour later to say it'll be 300. Don't go here unless you want to be annoyed. One star is too much for them. read more

I'm giving five stars because of it's comparison with the grapevine location. I print bulletins for my church and its a process that literally takes 10-15 min for them to print and fold them. I have never been asked to leave and come back and I have always been taken care of quickly and efficiently. The Grapevine location on the other hand has a large facility and several people working there, however they make me drop off my project and tells me to come back in an hour. I agree with the reviews yelpers have left before me, this place has terrible customer service. I have had my fair share of staff looking the other way or acting as if answering a question was the most difficult thing they did all day. I even witnessed a fedex employee make fun of customers as they walked out .Come on, really? Don't expect small talk or common courtesy here. Have sent print jobs to this place. Most of the time it's not complete when I get there. Again, the staff members act like they are doing ME a favor by finally getting to it. Just a month ago, Doreen did a thorough job helping me ship my mother's precious antique china all the way to L.A. Worse FEDEX Customer Support and FEDEX claim Department I am writing this to share my experience with future FEDEx cutomers. And I have promised myself to replicate this on as many online forum as I can. On July, I need to move from Texas to New York and decided to ship my flat screen TV. I was new to FedEx online and very rarely ship items using FedEx. My friends advised me to ship the TV using FedEx, so I bought the TV packaing box with foams from Home Depot (TV was 3 years old and do not have original manufacturer box), packed the TV and went to local FedEx shipping center. It was well packed with lots of tapes and added padding inside the box. The sales associates showed me the computer to print a label and drop the box at their office. When I asked her about the price and related stuff, she simply told me they are not allowed to give those to me and the package will be inspected at the fedex wirehouse to give me final price. After I left, I thought to check with FEDEX customer service to add some declared value, but the offshore customer service told me I need to wait for the driver to pickup the package before adding any value. After some days I have received the pacakge at New York and the TV was completely broken, screen cracked and severely damaged. When I filed the claim, i was denied as they think TV was not in manufacturer packaging and also it was not inspected by Fedex. Who's fault is it? How do I know all the fedex policies as customer? How do I know what are the inspection option for shipping from fedex computer? My advice is, please stay away from FEDEX and use USPS or any other shipping service with no hypocracy and with better trained stuffs/sales associates. Also, if you get better or same service, why to pay more at FEDEX and get the damaged product and non-sense service at the end of the day? Its your call. read more

These people are crooks, they are pushing the packing service really hard. I sell a lot on ebay and buy a lot through online vendors. Whenever I take my items to them to the location, unless it's in a brand new box, they will try to force their packing service on me which is extortionately expensive. I refuse and take it to any other fedex location and they accept it. Whatever excuse they give, don't listen and just take it somewhere else. I've just received a muffler assembly which was shipped loose with just a label stuck on it through fedex and it arrived in with no problems. read more

I see that I am not the only one who experienced poor customer service at this location. Honestly, I wouldn't have written a review had it not been blatantly obvious that they didn't respect me as a customer. I walk in and a male associate ( of Asian decent, heavy set) makes direct eye contact with me and doesn't say hi, hello, hey, how are you? nothing! I was assisted by a female associate that was helpful but not overly excited to be there either. Then shortly after I enter the store a man of Caucasian decent walks in and he is greeted by the FedEX associate(s) with a " good morning" "hey, how are you, sir?! I was shocked, and appalled. I've never felt so racially discriminated against until today. It's so sad especially since the associate was a minority as well ! I surely hope FedEX encourages all employees to treat all of their customers with respect and a warm welcome going forward. if i could give 0 stars i would.... i work for a corporate office and have used fedex office multiple times to order forms. they have messed my orders up more times than one but have always fixed it. we place larger orders and i understand they are going to be issues but today this fedex location has lost a customer forever. last friday i placed an order for 3 forms at 250 count of each... i get a call monday that my order is ready so i send my assistant to pick up the order. he gets back to the office and i see we have 65 copies of 1 form and 125 of the others. i have an email thread of where they emailed back they had the order which clearly stated that we needed 250 of each. i call back monday and speak to a very nice guy named jordan. he lets me know that there was a mistake on their part and that he will have my order replaced at no additional charge because we already paid for the messed up order. i got a call today from some lady that works their named natalie or something who told a flat out lie and stated... " it looks like we over made your order and i was calling you before we threw it in the trash to let you know you can purchase it at 1/2 price"... ummmm no yall shorted my order and thats why you have my order there for me to pick up.. i explain that to her and she wanted to know the name of the person that told me that there would be no additional charge. when i hang up with her jordan the nice guy called and said sir your order is ready for pick up.... so i explain to him what natalie just told me and he said dont worry about it they were going to cover it since they messed it up.. i said great.. i sent my assistant up ther to pick up my order... well before my assistant could walk out of my office some guy named randy called me and told me he was taking over the order and tried to tell me that i would need to pay in order to pick up the order... ummmm not the story on which we have recorded lines that i was told... he then tried to explain to me why i needed to pay for their mess up... i hung up and called coroprate office in plano and now have filed a formal complaint against this location for the time and stress we have wasted dealing with this.. had they just had my order right the 1st time or the 2nd it would of been great... smh so if you are wanting your order to be correct you may want to use another location... if you are getting more than 1 copy made i promise you they will mess up your order. im waiting to hear back from the complaint department on what they are going to do to fix this issue. beware stay away!!!!!!! read more
