My Cable TV Service keeps dropping off line and it takes several hours to restore the service. This has happened for the 5th time this month of March 2026. It's very annoying having the customer service representative tell you to check connections and restart the router Internet Router again and again. There's something wrong with the service. Switching from T-M we were hoping to have a different customer experience. Unfortunately it seems that the industry is plagued with bait and switch tactics that can only be settled in person - for an hour at a time. What we were told over the phone is absolutely not the same as what we were presented with (when going to pickup the equipment). These are hours we can't get back, and leave me wondering if we should have stayed with The Devil We Know. Sigh...... I paid my bill of $180 which they said was delinquent, on May 5th after they turned my service off, it was turned back on quickly. I received an email saying my next payment was May 24th. On may 9th my service was disconnected again, I called and they said I have a delinquent amount of $280 which I had to pay to get the service restored. I did. However what is wrong with the Xfinity billing system? They are operating like a scam. I am forced to find a more honest provider. read more

I cancelled my home internet and mobile service with xfinity in December of 2025. Three months later I am still getting billed. I have contacted the company over twenty times by phone and chat but they just refuse to stop billing me. One rep even refunded me $159.00 to my account. My bank has refunded over $300.00 in fraudulent charges from these people. I even had to cancel my credit card. Now I have received an email from them telling me that I am in collections and no one at Xfinity will speak with me. I am going to summon the CEO of Xfinity to appear in District court to resolve this matter. Do not do business with this company. They are just an online scam. Worst company every! read more

I have frequently used this location over the past few weeks. Several of their employees are amazing! Prince, Dai, and their manager Natalie all treated me kindly and professionally. Prince and Natalie in particular were extremely diligent and intentional with solving my issues. Dai greeted warmly and listened to my concerns before directing me to the help I needed. Xfinity has the worst customer service ever. Trying to cancel a simple HBO subscription is miserable. They want you to sign up for a subscription that you already have so that you can downgrade it and cancel. I'm sorry but I'm not giving them any of my money just to cancel a subscription. Had an appointment today to upgrade iPhone 16 per an email offer. No one was there to greet me. After sitting a few minutes, a greeter arrived at her desk. She was surly and said she didn't see my appointment. I offered to show her my numerous texts confirming. When I finally saw an agent, they told me that the iPhone 17 was out of stock. The service or lack there of on their phone line remains horrible. Someone saying they were from Xfinity called me yesterday. They wanted way too much information which I was not prepared to give since I did not originate the call. They said just call customer service on Monday. I called today and spoke to three different people over more than an hour and they were of no help. At first they said that they had left messages three times yesterday and once today. My x1 box on the bedroom tv stopped working. I spent hours on the phone with tech support with no results so I I went into the store to exchange the box for a new one. The employees were just standing around talking and no one really wanted to help me. They all looked at each other and then decided that it was "his" turn, so reluctantly "he" asked me what I needed. He then proceeded to look my account up and provide me with an exchange. Went home and tried to hook it up with still no success. Now I have to wait until a tech can come to my home. It appears that he gave me a generic box and not the correct one to work with my system. How does this company stay in business!! They are the worse!! read more

Would not recommend Xfinity. All they do is tell you they will do something then it doesn't get done, then someone else will help you and let you know that they don't see any notes or that it wasn't done. They also just give you a bunch of hidden charges behind your back and don't let you know something happened before hand. The internet itself also really sucks. But I guess that is understandable you get what you pay for, I wish my apartment complex partner with other internet providers, I would NOT choose to have Xfinity by any means. read more

Both my TV boxes and remotes were over 9 years old .l had delayed changing them for new ones -imagining a time consuming ,frustrating ,difficult process. I took in one box and remote in late March. I was served immediately. Linden (he has another more complex name.) could not have been more helpful ,describing exactly what I should do with the new equipment. I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I installed everything with no problem. About a week ago I took in the 2cd box and remote, this time for a new TV. Linden was there and so pleasant and again helped me speedily. I recommended this store to my neighbor, who also needed to change out her box and remote. I requested an extension for my mobile phone for the 20th they gave me one til the 25th of December It was supposed to be for the billing cycle of Sept to Oct they did it for Aug to Nov which is two months and applied late fees when the billing cycle for the second one wasn't due after be on the phone with customer service for 21/2 hours and figuring out what was done they put me on an infinity hold (where they don't come back to the phone )again I cant speak to no supervisor in which I've been asking for that after 10 mins of being on the phone then they tell me because I repaid early it broken my agreement and I cant get my extension and the disconnected my phone I am currently looking for new service else where because my service is not being valued here after 3 years read more

I went back and double check my post. I guess they took it down because they did not like what I had to say. I mentioned employees names so this time I will not so last month I went there to disconnect my service and they threatened to call the cops on me Because I was not getting no service and no help and then I close my account and today I received a bill from them after I shut down my account so I called customer service took me two hours before I could talk to a live person and they said my account is closed, but they keep on charging me so this time I confirmed got the person's name and a closing account number. Make sure you guys get those numbers and verify who you spoke with write down the date and time so hopefully I will not get charged again and now they're gonna refund me over $200 And charges they've been billing me so always double check and never do automatic payments out of your checking account because if you do not look closely, they will keep on taking money out and do not do any business at this store because they will lie to you steal your money Then they kick you out and threaten to call the cops and have you trespassed when you don't agree with them I will not mention no names this time around hopefully in a month I will double check and see if my post is still there or if they're gonna take it down again And I'll give this place 5 zero stars read more

None of my three comcast emails are working. I spent close to 2 HOURS on the phone with tech support (3 different people). None of them had a clue how to fix the issue. They kept trying to get me off the phone with the usual "we will escalate your issue and someone will call you back" - yea right!! I refused to hang up so they kept transferring me. Finally I asked for a supervisor and Hannah refused to get me one. Now I have NO WORKING EMAILS for work and no plan from XFINITY to fix it. Do not go here unless you like spending money on nightmare service. I went in to upgrade my Motorola moto g stylus 5g 2022 to a Samsung s23+. The sales associate went through the process of activating the new phone and in the process deactivated my old phone. After about an hour of unsuccessfully trying to activate my phone he called his support team which told him it should automatically activate in the next 2 to 3 hours. I left the store with the phone. It never activated and after calling xfinity everyday for the past 3 days and have been getting the run around with no phone service on either device. Everytime I call and threaten to leave their service they are totally fine with it. I don't know how they stay in business. read more
