Spent 4.25K, and they price-matched. The customer service at the time was excellent, and I felt like if anything went wrong with the TV, they'd have our back, unlike big box stores. Four months later, the TV won't turn on right in time for the holidays. While searching online for a solution, I realized there is a massive problem with the 77-inch Samsungs, especially the S95D (Best Buy said two of them died on their showroom floor). There is enough of a problem that a class action investigation is underway (link below). When I went to the store, the manager greeted me with "I saw your email," and yes, my email was angry. What else would you expect? You sold me an item that literally is a lemon. All the goodwill, and we're locally owned blah blah went out the door, and it's basically - hey, nothing we can do - sorry you're irrational. I was also told, Hey, we've never had any customers with multiple issues with the One Connect Box, so of course you'll find that when you search for it! It was the most flippant attitude I could have gotten, and it's OBVIOUS there is an issue with these 77-inch Samsungs, yet instead of just being transparent, they said, "We ran it up the flagpole." As an authorized Samsung dealer, I'd hope they'd have more pull to help their clients. I will never purchase an item from here again, and I recommend you never get a Samsung with a One Connect Box - they will break within 3-4 months. You might as well go to Best Buy, Costco or whatever beacuse in the end there is no power as a consumer at any of these places, and these guy's will say sorry, file a ticket with Samsung and then it's on you from there. Xfinity Mobile screwed me over for a month with assorted shenanigans and incompetence. So much incompetence that they accidentally canceled my phone number which they told me could not be recovered. I had this phone number since college and wasn't interested in giving it up. Came over to Xfinity from AT&T and experienced nothing but horrible service. I didn't ask to be put on a prepaid service (called NOW MOBILE) and they signed me up on one over the phone on January 15th and told me they couldn't get me off for SIX MONTHS. All I got were apologies and ineffective attempts to correct the situation. Apparently NOW MOBILE doesn't support something called an "MDM feature function" was allows them to retrieve a phone number after it was canceled. THEY suggested I cancel it from NOW MOBILE to reboard it onto Xfinity's mainline service. I guess the rep that signed me up the night of 1/15 was looking for an incentive pat on the back from management or maybe didn't know what he was doing exactly - who knows, but he set the wheels in motion the ultimately led to tons of wasted time and a canceled phone number. NOW MOBILE doesn't offer live phone support, so you end up on virtual text communication with people overseas.... China, India Pakistan, Philippines, etc. Extremely slow, repetitive, communication challenges. They should call the service "NO MOBILE" because it was awful. Anyway.... I was completely despondent/lost Thursday and had given up hope until my brother suggested that I go see Alex. He's super skilled and super knowledgeable and most importantly super enthusiastic. We were successful in porting an otherwise dead phone number over from Xfinity to SIMPLE Mobile (a service he sells) and I'm back online. The prices were even less expensive - which was the reason why I stuck with Xfinity and continued to take the poor service I was getting from them. The service didn't port over immediately and I was so worn out by all of this that I told Alex to just get me a new phone number. The status was stuck in "in process" which I thought was because my old phone number really technically was no longer available (according to Xfinity). Alex encouraged me to stay positive since it could happen anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours. Lo and behold - 7 hours later I got the good news. The order was completed!!!!! I could restart my phone. He made my day! I can't recommend this guy enough.

I purchased 2 Marine batteries 7/6/26 and just had time to install them last night at 9pm. They did not turn over the engine. I googled it to learn what I could & it said damage can occur to a battery that is charged on a regular charger after the volts have been depleted below a certain level. It is not my area of expertise so I took the batteries back to the Rockville Batteries Plus for testing today 7/13/26. a guy employee came to the car and tested the battery which read "low volts". we brought them into the store. I said I just installed them late last night, they did not start the engine so I googled it and it said if a battery is low to a point further battery damage can occur if put on a regular charger. The female employee Dani came over and said"that is where you went wrong and made a mistake. If you would have charged it last night it would be working now. You did the wrong thing. It is not covered by warranty but I can sell you two more batteries and discount them for you.". I said the store was closed last night and I was going off of what I read. She said, "why would you. sliver what you read? You were misinformed and you were wrong. Your batteries would be working if you had not made that mistake.". The volts were at 3 on one battery and I think 5 on the other. She said "you ruined them.". She continued "I tell people the way it is. I do not sugarcoat things". The Dani employee said we can charge them but we will charge you to do so. She said they are not covered by the 30 month warranty you were told when you purchased them. This employee should never be in a customer service job ever. She should never interface with customers. She should be in a back room job position. BEWARE -- NOT THE COMPANY IT USED TO BE! There was a time…read morewhen I walked into a Bose store (I've been doing it for over 20 years) and although I knew I was paying more that I had to, I also knew I was getting a high quality product, complete with second-to-none acoustics and built to last. I also knew that if I ever had a problem, Bose would be very fair on doing the right thing to stand behind its products, even if they were out of warranty. This is no longer the case. The product that did me in was an ear bud that I purchased not quite two years ago; it was my go-to product for hands-free driving -- good quality and comfortable fit. When I purchased it, the store told me its policy of should something go wrong outside of the warranty period, just bring it in and they would exchange it for a new one at 50% of the price. This was not a store policy, but a company policy. All of a sudden, the earpiece started shutting down every minute or two, disconnecting me from my conversation unless I went back to the handset. I went to the store to see what they could do. In the old days, Bose would have said, "This is beyond the one-year warranty, but not by too much, and it's a manufacturing defect, and this is a customer who buys Bose frequently, so we'll exchange it at no cost to him." I later learned that this defect has been known to happen on these pieces, as this earbud had been discontinued and replaced by a different model, priced identically. The store did not tell me what they would have said in the old days. Instead, they told me that their exchange policy had been modified, regardless of the 50% rule at the time that I bought the original earbud -- it is now a 26% discount, and they would not honor 50%. In other words, I had paid a lot of money for a product that died in two years time and was now totally worthless. Since I needed the functionality, I agreed to the exchange, figuring I'd call Bose customer service the next day and that they'd make things right. I was wrong. I ended up speaking to the rep, who said although 50% had been their policy, it was no longer the case. When I clearly was not getting anywhere, I asked for his supervisor, Mark. Mark held his ground, even though he acknowledged the former exchange policy and that the product has had problems, which is why they took it off the market. He even had the audacity to say, "If I had any 'proof' of the 50% exchange policy, he would honor it," even though he said he knew this had been their policy. In essence, he said, "Rules is rules" or the equivalent. He could sense that he had a very upset customer, and possibly one who would not shop Bose again. He did not offer any form of placating me. So here I am writing to Yelp, sharing my experience with others. At the beginning of this review, I gave three reasons why I had purchased Bose products in the past of which two were no longer valid: the high quality was no longer there, and the customer service clearly shows no desire about retaining customers -- an attitude that permeated through the two employees in the store, the initial customer service agent and his supervisor; thus this is a company-way of doing business now. The sound quality is still there, but that's it. Bottom line: I no longer can justify the over-the-top prices for a Bose product. Would you?
