There is one young girl there who is so obnoxious. I wish I would've gotten her name. I spent two hours on the phone yesterday receiving no help other than phone numbers to call yet another department three times. Today I called the last apartment is number I was given I was told I did not qualify for services that I saw advertised on television which was a free Netflix subscription for two years. I was told I did not qualify because my homeowners association pays for basic cable again basic. I asked why they could not charge me and then credit me monthly for the Netflix promotion. Joel told me that this was impossible. Apparently Xfinity has no interest in keeping their loyal customers happy they're only looking for new customers. I've on my homeowners pay his basic cable and set up I spent over $200 a month and the Xfinity services. I guess I'm not that important as a long time loyal Xfinity subscriber. Xfinity is stealing from its customers. They say they have a machine that tracks bandwith when that's not true and then they offer services that will end up charging you $200-$300 dollars. I hope they change their ways and try to help their customers instead of taking from them. read more

I would give them Zero stars if I could, called them to fix my elderly fathers Netflix connection using Comcast/ Xfiinty app. They tried different things, then kept me on hold for anther 45 min waiting to speak to a specialist who spoke poor English and really sounded like she did not know what she was talking about, did not leave me feeling confident, said she would and a stronger signal down load, that it would take a hour, I could not wait until it was finished as I had to leave. Not sure if Netflix works at my fathers house or not. Total time on the call was over an hour yesterday afternoon. read more

This is about Xfinity / ComCast Customer no service. Five days ago I spent four hours talking to two ladies in the Philippines - the first one said she was connecting me to a "customer resolution" person who has better rates but disconnected. OBTW - the computer message customers are forced to listen to claims 'transitioning to home work' yet the ladies in Philippines obviously were in a call center full on people talking. Then I got to call back three times before talking to the second call center lady who couldn't figure out what the first one did. Eventually I got to 'customer resolution' who came up with another plan (no television) that I could accept. I received an e-mail claiming changes were being made. I checked back over the last three days - no changes. Tonight I was foolish enough to talk with their computer "I am a bot" .. begging to talk to a human .. for 'chat with agent' who claimed to be a human but 17 minutes into it needed to 'connect you over to a specialized agent' simply to look at the account to tell if things claimed to have been ordered changed are being changed or I will be another $20 in the ComCast hole. No idea at this time what will happen as the "agent" didn't know. Now HOW to find other internet providers ... with warm blood pumping helpers. read more

I had a self install that was provided to me on Wednesday August 30th. Unfortunately my wires was not live so I called & spoke with Dan agent#3093330 who scheduled me for a tech to come out. Keep in mind he didn't tell me when the tech was coming he stated "I have you set for the soonest appointment". I asked him I said I don't want to be charge for the tech coming out & he advised that I was in my 30 day trial period & I wouldnt be charge for the tech to come. He advised that I had to agree to the appointment which was scheduled on August 31st between 5-7pm. I repeated over & over I will not pay for the tech to come out to install anything. He advised me no there is no charge on your bill you will see a charge but it will be a credit for the install. I seen my bill & immediately took my account off auto pay. I called today & spoke with Robert from the billing department agent id I believe he made something up because it was only 3 characters & when I asked him to repeat I couldn't understand him. He promise me a callback today after 6pm because he escalated my billing issue over to a supervisor. Here it's almost 7pm & NO call from Robert. I went on to call & spoke with another billing agent that advised me that my request to be credit for the install fee was denied. She advised me that she would escalate my issue. I informed her it was already escalated & I was waiting on a promise callback. She advised me that she will submit an escalation to her supervisor now. I was on hold for which I didn't mind if the supervisor was completing her part to review the matter but the supervisor Keisha (I could be wrong on the name) got on the line stating that there was never a call between me & Dan that could validate that I the consumer was telling the truth about not being charge for the install. So basically your supervisor was calling me a liar like I made this up. How rude of her on top of that I was advised that not all calls are recorded so how would she even know who telling the truth about what. O let me guess that tricky text that comcast/xfinity have you agree too. I advised her that I wanted someone higher & she tells me I can hang up & callback to get someone else. Please educate your supervisor on Empathy which she didn't show any & to tell me to hang up & callback is not Customer friendly at all. I will file a FCC complaint I will complain to the BBB I will make my way up the charters if this is not handled ASAP. I will be waiting for someone to reach out to me advising me of the update on my account read more
