Everything. I have been a customer for 30.years. I have never been late and have an expensive plan. I arranged auto pay due my brain lesions abd it's easier for me. After months, they decided not to take out a payment. No letter. No email. They just cut off my service. It is impossible to actually speak with a human. Xfinity website is a nightmare. Trying to set up an account, the hardest time trying to find a store with equipment. Also, tried to go back and change my method of receiving equipment and it wouldn't let me. Now I seem to have an account even though I didn't finish the checkout procedure. Wasting gobs of time doing the same thing over and over. Now their website is down. Not a good omen for internet service provider!! read more

Service and reliability has never been an issue with this company. It has always been a non caring attitude when it came to customer service and support that has left me wanting for many years. First off I absolutely speak for many customers, when I say that I do NOT wish to speak to INDIA when I have an issue. I have a hard time hearing as it is but having to hear and translate the hidden meanings leaves me absolutely anxious, frustrated, and very dissatisfied usually after these calls. Most of the time with zero resolution to my concerns that prompted the call. I truly appreciated the face to face that we had today with Tyerica our customer support specialist as this location . She was welcoming, approachable, courteous, helpful, and friendly. She understood immediately what I was looking for and solved our money saving request today. We finally decided to unplug any TV from our needs and simply wanted adequate Internet Speed for streaming and my wife's work needs. Tyerica told us about available plans and pricing and we were very happy to lower our bill over $50 a month . We appreciate this help and will for now remain loyal to Xfinity as long as they can continue to offer affordable options... Thanks again for making this work Tyerica. Xfinity is the worst company i have ever dealt with by far. I've been a customer for 20 years, but I'll be looking for other service. My internet is jumping from $30 a month to $100 a month. I negotiated the same pricing I have now on another 2 year contract only to find out the rep lied and the contact he claimed was set up had supervisor approval and just needed to call me to verbally confirm. No one called and I've now spent 7 hours on phone/chat to be told they won't honor the pricing their rep gave me in writing (we both have the transcript) and there are no deals they can offer me at all as a 20 year customer and it doesn't matter that the reps have been lying and all my tickets have been closed out without resolution and none of the promised supervisor calls have materialized. I'd love to say this was an isolated experience, but the same thing happened to So years ago when I signed up for a cell phone too. They lied, lied lied and it was a nightmare to resolve. have been a customer for nearly 4 years. In September I called to make a one time payment. And the person who took my call took my money and it never showed up in my bill. I called back the same day to file a complaint and to try and get my money back because all of these calls are supposed to be recorded and finding my money should have been easy or at least credit me the money you know I paid. I have filed multiple disputes with both xfinity and my card company. Both huge disappointments. This is how they treat you after 4 years of loyal service. read more

Xfinity mobile agents are liars. Seems they are trained to lie. I have been trying to get 2 phones , that I paid off, unlocked and unfrozen. They keep telling me in 24 hours. Has not happened. Everytime I speak to an agent about the same problem I get a different answers. Agent s will gaslight you and flat out lie. They will even give you a ticket number attached to the lie. When I called the back about the ticket number, the agent doesn't know anything about a ticket number. They don't know do not see. They don't want you to take your phone to a different company even if it is paid off. Their customer service is horrible.This company is greedy.They charge $20 per gigabyte where as other companies charge $5-$10. DON'T GET A PHONE FROM XFINITY MOBILE THEY AREN'T CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!! I repeat DO NOT GET CELL PHONE SERVICE FROM XFINITY.If you have Wifi and a cell phone from them your Wifi bill will go up if you take your phone to a different company. I originally signed up for Comcast in the Fall of 2022 when we purchased our home. At that time we were only using their internet service. As our one year of service was approaching and our promotion was about to expire I reached out to Comcast regarding current promotions so that I could renew. The sales person that I spoke with reviewed promotions that were going on for internet services as well as asking about our cellular provider (whom we were happy with) because they could offer us a multi service discount as well as a buy one get one free promotion that was active on their cellular services. We were currently using Verizon and according to the sales person, they used Verizon towers. Prior to signing up she sent me a link to view an estimated bill so that I could agree to it and get things started. We brought our own phones over as they were both unlocked and she had shipped our new SIM cards. When I received the first bill in the mail, we didn't receive the multi service discount because the billing period had ended prior to us receiving our SIM cards and activating them. The customer service rep at that time said they would manually add it as we should have gotten it but because of the technical issue we did not. When our second bill arrives (first full month of having both services active for the entire month), only one discount applied and not the other. So I called customer service again. This time I was told that both the initial sales person and the last service rep that I had spoke to gave me the wrong information and that I could not stack discounts. I explained that I was provided with an estimated bill showing the stacked discounts and that I had to agree to it prior to signing up. Again this was provided via a link (looking back I should have screenshot it but I didn't) so the estimated bill had expired when I tried to retrieve it. I also explained that the first service rep had said I was entitled to both discounts so that's why they had manually entered it. I said that if I wasn't able to stack the discounts as promised, then I no longer wanted to receive services. I returned my equipment to a local Xfinity store. AFter which I received a link to review my experience and I of course left a negative review. The manager of the store (Flint MI) had called me personally to see why I had such a bad experience. I explained everything to him for which he apologized for and also looked up my account to see what happened. He eased my pain when he told me that I had canceled services within a grace period of the contract so I wouldn't receive an early termination fee. I received an early termination fee for which I called customer service yet again. Went over this whole story and told her what the store manager had said when he called me. At first she wasn't able to waive it but once I explained that I 7-8 months pregnant at the time and that I was tired of dealing with all of this that she was able to escalate it and then credit my account the amount of the cancellation fees. Which is why my February bill shows that my account has a credit on it and then my March account shows a balance forward of $100. There was no balance to forward from the previous month. I tried contacting them AGAIN and this time I was put on hold for over an hour (yes I waited that long) to speak with a manager. Believe it or not, this isn't all of the calls/conversations that I made to straighten this out. read more

Many people complain about Xfinity Comcast. Well, if you have had issues in the past, I recommend visiting this store in Flint. I went in to setup Xfinity services for my grandparents-in-law who are approaching 90 years of age. They had been taken advantage of by other television providers in the past and their home phone was based on cell services that had no coverage. Mo took care of us. After explaining what we were after, he helped us to get the best package for them which included TV, home phone, and the Internet that would be used by us and the family when one there helping them out (we are paying for the Internet). The package is saving them about $50+ a month. Fast forward to getting everything set up in the system. We ran into numerous issues of prices seeming to change (their best guess was a system issue) but Mo and the rest of the staff at this store continued to work with us through all of this, staying almost an hour past closing time. Even then, the system issues continued to plague us. So we scheduled the first appointment the next morning and we lucky to get that appointment with Mo. By now, the issues with the computer system seemed to have resolved and we walked out with the equipment and a new Xfinity account for the grandparents. Mo even helped us to lower our Xfinity bill by $35 per month. I just want to say that the entire store staff was pleasant, helpful, and fun. My hat is off to these men and women and especially Mo. read more

I had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE at the Miller Rd store !!!! Last month I called Xfinity because my bill went up idk what the representative OVER THE PHONE did but my bill ended up being much HIGHER then the last 3 years so 2 wk after getting frustrated with the representative I went into the Miller Rd store and Mr Keontae was fantastic he help save money off my bill and also kept my same high speed internet !!!!! This store is a major upgrade from their old location. This place looks very professional and "high tech," definitely geared toward "techies." The wait time was very limited during each visit. Everyone working conducted themselves professionally and seemed to know what they were doing. I was actually surprised. I had heard this store was much better than their now-defunct location by the airport, but I didn't really believe anything until I saw it in person. During both visits, I was in and out the store quickly and had all of my questions answered on the second visit. I dinged them a star because of bit of miscommunication during my initial visit to discuss alterations to my mother's home account, of which I'm an authorized user. Perhaps the tech was a bit confused, but the process entailed a second visit to take care of everything. Both times, I only had to wait a moment before getting someone to check into the account history. All in all, I wish my cellphone provider had brick and mortar stores like this. My experiences there are light year's removed from this. Oh, and I was able to save money, too, after the tech handled the billing issue for my mom's account! read more

This store is reminiscent of an Apple Bar. It's really nice and the staff were - gasp - nice and helpful and seemed to be knowledgeable. I can't fathom that I said it about a Comcast store, although it's true. They really know what they're doing. The building is conveniently located near Target. The store is big and laid out well, with plenty of staff. It really reminds me of the Apple Store. It's very similar and that's a good thing, at least if you like the Apple Store model. Since they moved locations and upgraded, they're getting it together- finally. This store is very professional, no long waits and they can answer your questions about anything. I'm very happy with my shopping experience. They made me a believer in Comcast/Xfinity again. It's nothing like their old stomping grounds and the reprehensible service they were known for prior to this. They might actually keep my family as a customer from now on. It is a very nice store. I have been here about a dozen times since it opened. The only time that I had a long wait was on a Sunday. There is so much to do in the store that I did not get antsy until hour two. Recently, management removed the cables from the smartphones and hard-mounted the phones to a stand. An employee explained that there was a theft, and customers can no longer hold the phones. I was told that the thief asked to have a phone unlocked from the cable. Thousands of customers went to the store and did not steal. Management has overreacted and should reattach the wires. Customers need to hold the phone to get a feel for the size and one-handed operation. It is also helpful to see the colors in-person. I have verifiable Xfinity TV and mobile plans. I would also have given them my ID. This change hurts the customer experience. read more

Today I had a very bad experience at the Xfinity store on Miller Rd in Flint, Michigan. I have needed a new phone for quite some time. Today, I had finally got a break and actually had an opportunity to go to the xfinity store. I was thrilled that I was finally going to be able to get a new phone. So I made an appointment and went to the store. When I arrived the employees were very rude and seemed irritated that I was there. When someone finally got to me they told me that they were unable to let me buy a new phone because my wife, who is the primary account holder was not present. I told them I was an authorized user on the account. The employee stated he didn't care that there was nothing he could do to help me. This did not make sense to me, so I stepped outside the store and called xfinity mobile to verify that I was an authorized user and to ask if I was allowed to buy a new phone at one of their stores. The representative on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He assured me that I was an authorized user and that I could make a purchase or do anything I needed to at the store. I went back into the store and told them what the representative from Xfnity mobile had told me. The greeter stated she did not care that they would not allow me to purchase a phone without the primary account holder present. I asked to speak with a manager to try to resolve this issue and she refused to get one. I left the store and called xfinity mobile back. I was able to speak with a representative on the phone who was able to order a phone for me. However the whole experience at the store was very frustration and did not seem right to me. The way the staff treated me was very unprofessional and very rude. I will not be going back to this store and I will make sure to let everyone know about the horrible service there. read more
