After many tries, finally get someone and It takes hours of back and forth and problem is still there. As expensive as it is, you think they would provide better service. Trying for 2 days to get repair service because we lost connection when they worked on neighbors cable !! They disconnected us and havent been back to fix it. I dropped it down to 3 stars because I received a bill for the equipment. When I called the Xfinity 800 number they said what the store said to me was inaccurate and that I was still responsible for returning the equipment. I told the lady the store would not accept it and she said they should have. She gave me instructions to go to a UPS participating store, gave me an address to drop off the equipment. I did so. I don't know if this will resolve the issue. I have a bad feeling Xfinity will still charge me even after following their instructions. picked up a voice remote after the person on the phone sent me a non voice remote and charged me $6 shipping. At least two employees said that all I had to do was point the remote at the cable box , press the voice remote button and follow the instructions on the t.v. That did not work at all. Called customer service and after a very frustrating diolog with someone who could barely speak english I had to request that a technician come to the house at a cost of 100.00. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area. Me and my girlfriend walked right in and as soon as we got in Devante waved us right over, and asked us what we were in for. He was already on the phone with a customer but was extremely attentive to us and the customer on the phone. Letting us know about how we could save money on our internet and how we could bundle our phone bill without seeming like a salesman, just genuinely trying to save us a couple bucks and be informative which was a big help and really appreciated. He also offered us both a bottle of water which I thought was a nice gesture considering we had only been there 5 minutes. Within the next 5 minutes I had the router and cable in my hand and we were out the door in under 10 minutes. My elder parents went to Xfinity on Tuesday 9/19/3023 to return xfinity products to get a smaller bill payment & package deal for new cable service. Well, of course they did not receive any services at all due to requesting that my youngest brother has to change the service. Not true because they returned all the equipment to start a new service but at the same address. They did not treat them with respect at all. The young lady at the door took the products and did not ask any questions about why your canceling or returning the cable equipment. Poor customer service skills the whole store has because she represented the team as far as I can see. instead of offering my elderly parents the senior discount package for internet services, they let them leave empty handed and no cable services was conducted that day. I really didn't appreciate the service because we need the cable service but at a reasonable cost. All senior citizens should get cable discounts for all services, asking the customers could I offer you a smaller package of Xfinity package; no that was just to right to give up a payment of $264, to get a affordable rate that will make the customer enjoying the services and tell more seniors to join this team of expert. But no high way robbery was be conducted, we are supposed to protect our love ones and allow them to enjoy life while they are around us. Respect goes along way with and good customer service experience. Customer Service Training Classes are really needed at that White Marsh Avenue location as soon as possible (9/21/2023). Terrible! Don't go! This is in the middle of the Coronavirus and I go in to drop off my old equipment. Mind u, I have my new equipment and it's installed. The lady takes my name and gives me a ticket. Yes, that's right I have to WAIT in line, behind people getting new eqipment, learning how to use it etc. Hey! Why not get a seperate line to just return equipment??!!! After 10 minutes, crowds coming thru door, I said "look, I'll use my ticket as my receipt". She said no, that's not a receipt. 10/2/14 Uhhhh when did the Comcast store in white marsh become so organized and fun!?! Lol Went here to return my equipment since I was moving. You sign in at the iPad and go to the waiting area where they have screens to let you know what number you and how many are ahead of you. Once you are called, the service station number shows up by your name and you go to the rep at the desk. The rep who helped me was very helpful and friendly. She got me a receipt for all my returned items and closed my account with no issues. Overall the BEST customer service experience I have had with Comcast besides my initial sign up. I went to the Xfinity store to return a cable box today and it was very windy and cold outside. They had everybody standing in the line outside to exercise Social distance which is understandable however the store was completely empty and when an elderly lady tried to stand in the foyer to get out of the cold she was made to go back outside and stand in the frigid weather with the wind blowing at 20 miles an hour. Ive had the stevice since they opened in 2017. The actually service is carried through Verizon and thats pretty good. The customer service will make you pull your hair out. This rating is not exactly pertaining to Xfinity/Comcast. It's to the Techs Mike & Cory! Not only did they arrive on time, but they did a quick and excellent job. They were friendly and professional. They answered my questions and cleaned up after their work. I've had Comcast in the past and unfortunately, experiences were not very good. The techs either didn't show or were late, weren't friendly and never cleaned up after themselves. This experience with Mike & Cory has rebuilt our trust and confidence in Comcast again; not just because they were nice guys (which they were), but because they provided us with the best customer service we have had in a long time! read more

Worst customer service I've ever had with an Xfinity store. All the available employees saw how long the line was and just watched TV while dealing with their customers. There was about 6 customers waiting and they didn't seem to care how long everyone was waiting around for. Even simple transactions. Most of us had to wait for 30 minutes or more just to return a box or pay a bill. Then at the 30 minute mark a bunch of employees decided to come out from the back and finally help move the line along. This place is ridiculous and no customer service attitude at all. Then I get home and turns out they entered the wrong info into my account and I had to spend two hours on the phone with Xfinity for them to fix everything and get it working again. read more

Raphael was wonderful! His service was amazing! My only complaint is the lack of chargers in the store for products that you guys offer. Customers spend a lot of time in the store upgrading products and should be able to charge their phones and watches while waiting. My Apple Watch died while waiting for my new phone to update and I was highly disappointed that there was no charger available. The Apple store provides chargers for every device they sell and you guys should do the same! read more

This 2 star rating has nothing to do with my service. That's fine. But we have an ORANGE WIRE that goes from the front of my house, across my sidewalk and about 50 ft across the grass. I spoke with someone by the name of Jasmine who blatantly lied, was rude, and unethical to me on the phone. She said being a Comcast employee she did not get free tv which I know they do get free internet and tv for a fact. She said she could not transfer me to a supervisor she also said that the phone call was not being recorded. She hung up on me twice as well. But the kicker is...she rebooted my service in my apartment while my partner was logged in to a VPN and on a SKYPE call for work. This was clearly done as a form of retaliation. COMCAST has a monopoly here in Baltimore and is OVER PRICED. I am paying well over US100.00 for less then 100 stations and only 50 Mbps where I while in NJ I had FIOS and i was over 100 Mbps and had multiple premium stations including HBO STARZ SHOWTIME all for US94.00. When receiving my equipment the staff I encountered were awesome individuals. When returning to pay my first bill not so much. I am aware I can pay it online or by mail; however, I pass the building on my way home. One particular rep with distinct red extensions seemed to speak to me as if I could not comprehend. In the middle of explaining what happens with your first bill she stops and not just greets a customer but completely helps that individual who had just walked in and leaves me standing there. She directed me to the kiosk and said I'll be over. Of course she did do so. The issue was the amount on the screen was more than the bill I received. I wanted to know why I was being charged more. I took a seat on the floor near the kiosk and pulled out my cell phone and accessed my account online and managed to figure it out. Usually when things like this happen I no longer patronize a business because adults should know how to wait their turn and employees should know how to provide customer service in this industry. She could have greeted the customer and said I'll be right with you instead of completely disregarding my presence.
