On Friday I had the worst experience with this store. It would be very helpful if they use the tools that are given to offer service and answer questions. I received a promotion via email however in error did email was deleted. But I did have a snapshot photo on my phone. Generally I take pictures of freebies, offers, food, my parked car etc. I showed them the photo, offered to provide my account number in order to take advantage of the promotion they were having no parts of this. This was after I was sent to the store specifically by the staff at the Delaware Avenue location. The Delaware Avenue location called the port Richmond store to ensure I would be able to take advantage of the promotion. At the Delaware Avenue store they took my name , said everything was ready and said I just had to go and obtain the item. I get there it's a whole other story they refused to take a look at my account to see if the promotion was offered they never took my name!! Horrible service this was the worst place ever. An associate by the name of Stephanie called a manager out who was of no help as well. I'll be off looking for another service provider shortly! read more

What is the point of a retail store if I'm going to be directed to call the customer service line? I drove specifically to this store for a promotion that I was notified of via a mailer. No where on the mailer did it say that we needed to present it upon entering in order take advantage of the promotion. Since I didn't have the mailer on me, the employees were not willing to help! I am a current customer (since living in Philly, Xfinity essentially has a monopoly in the area), so I did check in with the front end attendant just so I could work with someone else about my current account. My appointment was even more of a waste of time, the attendant wasn't able to present any other options to save on costs or discuss any new promotions/discounts. All he could tell me is to call customer service...what's the point of speaking with you then?! Annoying experience, waste of time, walked out calling Verizon to change service ASAP. read more

I went in to switch my cellular service, had the best experience!!!!!!! I forget the woman's name that helped me and I wish I hadn't because she was fantastic!!!!!!!!! I had everything done in under 20 minutes. read more

I walked into the store not 100% sure they could help me with my question. I was greeted instantly and "logged in" to wait for someone to assist me. Which also was instant since there wasn't anyone else in at the time. They were able to exchange my equipment (I got an email saying I was eligible for an upgrade to a faster modem). On my way out they asked if I had a few minutes for a survey. Yes I did because I feel like good service should also take time for surveys not just times to bitch about a place. Everyone there that i interacted with seemed genuinely happy to be there. What a far cry from my usual dealings with this parent company. read more

I have contacted Xfinity several times in the past week regarding my services. No one has returned my calls which were supposed to be escalated. I have been paying $30 since opened this account & all of a sudden it has shot up ro $50 for internet ONLY. When I called in I was told it's because I didn't setup auto pay in which I was never told to do. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were all in meetings once again. Before I deal with rude representatives that I give money to monthly! I would much rather go without! I absolutely HATE xfinity!!!! If only AT&T was offered in my area!!! read more
