He told me he would need an adaptor, which he didn't have with him, and that he would return the next day with it to complete the setup. He said he would call the next morning I had planned to ask a couple of questions but I thought it could wait until he returned the next day. I paid him and asked about a receipt. He said he would email an invoice. That was the last I saw or heard from him, even after emailing him that he'd left his phone repair kit here. I realized he had come to South Jersey from Philly, so I paid what he asked and I actually tipped him $25, and planned to give him whatever he would charge for the second trip. I really didn't want to give him such an low rate, however, I feel that he didn't complete the job and wasn't completely honest about it.
