Xfinity is just way too much money. They don't care if you have been a customer for over 30 years. They won't do anything to give you a break on the bill. My advice is to shop around. read more

Today my mom and I went to return the modem box at Rio Grande, and we experienced horrible customer service. We waited a total of 45 minutes before my mom went to inquire about the waiting status. She was then informed that there were still 7 people ahead of her after having waiting 45 minutes. The customer representative was not at all helpful and was tactless, leading us to walk out of the store, because we had to attend to another meeting. It's unacceptable because returning an equipment should be an easy process that involves very little work for the local representative. A 45 + minute wait is not justified! read more

Had a worker cut our cable ,called ,mid day,Comcast had repair man here 8 am sharp the next am!! All good now!!

As much as I dislike Xfinity for their monopolistic model I like this store which provides good service when needed.

Thee worst cable, internet, phone company with lousy customer phone service. They are beyond GREEDY. They are shifty and do a lot of double talking to confuse customers. This Xfinity store is by far one of the best. There were no lines, courteous and knowledgeable staff and overall, a positive outcome.

Not a gripe with the store but with the company. I added WiFi to my service and lost some tv stations in the process. I was GUARANTEED that nothing would change. Made an appointment online, with a confirmation, to return equipment. Get there and am told, they don't have my appointment in their system and that I could be added to their computer check-in list but 5 people were ahead of me. I tell them no, I have other errands to run and ask for an appointment later in the day to return. I'm told no, they don't make appointments. That appointments must be made through the Xfinity website. So I log back onto Xfinity and make another appointment for later that day. I get a confirmation text, again, for this later in the day appointment. Before leaving, I ask them to check that the new appointment was in their system for later and am told no. I show them my confirmation text from Xfinity. The girl at the front desk gets a man (assuming a manager) who says their system doesn't accept the online appointments? The man then says, what is the reason for the appointment? Mind you I have been standing there with a large tv box in my possession the entire time. I tell, him, "I'm only returning equipment." He then says, he doesn't appreciate the way I was speaking to him. My response is: what, all I did was answer your question? With this total ridiculousness and incompetency, I advised him I would deal with the corporate office and I left the store. Spoke with corporate who addressed all my concerns efficiently and compensated me for my inconvenience. I opened a complaint about the store not recognizing the online appointment system. Avoid this location if possible and Xfinity needs to send someone to review the practices at this location because from this and multiple other reviews, there are definitely competency deficits at this location. read more

The staff here are unbelievably friendly and are willing to help you as much as they can. Went in to lower my bill. They weren't able to do it in store but gave me the information on how to do so. Now I'm saving $20 a month again for another year. On a second visit I had to exchange equipment. It was extremely easy and they hooked me up with a new voice remote all at no charge to me. read more

They give you about 10 "OK" (just ok because of the Oooooooooooh so many commercial) And now they just took the "THIS" channel off their line up (One of the good channels, that in other areas you can get free, on the air) Then if you want to drop TV and keep the internet, they only knock of $15...... I pay $100 a month for crap. *Maybe if they would stop running expensive adds, to advertising a company that's already a monopoly and has no competition, they could use the money to keep price in a normal area....And if you give me a couple of beers, I'll tell you how I really feel. Be prepared to wait a long time, They only had 2 staff members who could do more than return old boxes. I came early in morning and there are 14 names on the board to be seen. When I finally got seen for new service set up....the service was great and turnaround quick. read more

I had a salesman by the name of Peter Azert. He was nice enough and helpful enough until it came time to fix a problem. I was loyal to him because of the decent service in the beginning and returned and asked for him. I found out differently when the problem arose regarding my existing Comcast email that I had for years. Peter never assigned my old email to my new phone. I was given an email that was totally useless. I am in business and the email I used was extremely important to me. Peter completely missed that one and suddenly did not care because the sale was over. So, I, the customer, got screwed. Thanks for nothing Peter. P.S. This service is really a rip off. I was pre-scheduled today btw the hours of 1P and 4P to get an additional surveillance camera ( I took off from work to get this done). At 315P I called and was place on hold (55mins) until I hung up at 405PM. No one called and stated they would be late (but you be late on a payment someone will surely call you). A complete no show--didn't give a dam!!! They should pay my up coming bill for their inconsistency and not showing up as well as me missing work, and install the dam camera for free!!! You really don't rate a half of a star. This is Xfinity/Comcast whom ever they may be and Where ever they are located. read more

I read on the Internet about how terrible Comcast's customer service department is, but nothing could prepare me for the extraordinarily bad attitudes manifested by the customer Dis-service people. They are not properly trained or informed and I feel bad for them about that. Stay away! UPDATE: Comcast added undisclosed fees after they said they would cancel my service. I called them to discuss, the the first rep could not help. She said she would have a supervisor call me within 2 hours. That was yesterday and still no call. I spent an hour on the phone with them yesterday trying to fix their mistake. FURTHER UPDATE: I received 2 calls from supervisors at Comcast, with each person contradicting the other and contradicting what the earlier bozos told me. I don't know whether it's the training, or their systems, or the culture, but Comcast is a DISASTER. I spent 2 hours getting these folks to fix their own mistake. I hope that's all, but I'm not holding my breath. read more
