We had purchased an ATT plan (switching from another carrier) with new iPhones at BJs and just received the new phones in the mail. Our sales person gave us instructions for sending our old phones for the trade in and activating our new phones ourselves and also told us that we could just go to any ATT store and they would handle it for us. We chose the second option and stopped in at this store to do the return. This process took more than an hour but the staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. They took care of everything for us and never complained about having to do so even though we had not made the purchase there. As a result of their great service, we will be returning to explore whether it makes sense for us to switch our internet and cable to ATT.
