We were helped by a manager, the only employee in at the time, named DJ, I believe. He was very welcoming and caring about the interaction. He clearly knew what he was talking about and by no means was trying to upsell; he truly wanted us to get the best deal. We got done around 850, nearly an hour after close. He quite literally did his closing routines whilst helping us. If that doesn't scream customer service, I don't know what does. Best T-Mobile around; don't knock it till you try it.

In spite of what they told me two months before upon an inquiry I made. Instead they continued to debit my account. There is no way to stop it from your bank. Be aware of the scam and of their lies. When I cancelled with a form that I have to fill out, there was no acknowledgement. They still debited my bank account. They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.

He then became frustrated when I asked him questions about items on the bill that he said were old and needed to be changed. Suddenly he then blew up at me, and became indignant and rude, accusing me of not letting him talk. This was not true since he really didn't want me to ask him any more questions that he couldn't answer. I finally walked out and called Verizon help online. Within 20 minutes a nice agent named Jennifer out of New Jersey reviewed my account, kept my service exactly the same, upgraded my equipment, and saved us almost $100.00 per month. I called DirectTV and received all the information; then calling Dish TV, I decided to go with Dish. I was so nervous about switching to totally different system and when I read the reviews and seen they were rated #1 I took the leap to give Dish a try and I picked the America's Top 350 package the best package costing us about $100 bucks; I added on a few things today so it maybe a few more bucks. Today a awesome Gentleman named Kepler came and spent hours hooking us up; showing me everything he was doing along the way! When he finally hooked up the tv's the picture was amazing and very sharp! Kepler showed me all the details I need to know to work the TV and the remotes that are voice control! So far I'm so very happy with the entire satellite Dish TV. Looking forward to saving some money! FINALLY
