since they took away the orig guy this location opens late and the guy that's there now has no people skills. I have to find another location because I come in before work and when the other guy was there he made sure this location was open and available for early vapers. disappointing!! read more

You don't have to be a smoker to enjoy a smoke shop. Thanks to Jonathan & his welcoming demeanor I got a lot of information on topical pain reliever with & without certain ingredients. I always find my favorite incenses at smoke shops, Xhale was no different, yet their abundance of scents & accessories is abundant. It is an understatement when I say Xhale offers copious products everything smoke & not...snacks, bath products, sprays, jewelry & more. There are also daily deals to take advantage of. As far as prices, I can't fairly state one way or the other, yet for incense & car spray it came under $10...no price tag on the great customer service. read more

The store has gone downhill, but I don't blame the workers! We've been customers with Xhale City for 5+ years, so we frequent this + the Douglasville location; we've visited so much that we knew most the employees by face/name and vice versa. This was back when box mods, VG/PG juice, and kits for building were growing in popularity. The staff members were so enthusiastic & passionate about their work that you could feel the eagerness in matching customers with their needs. Maybe 2 years ago, we noticed a serious decline in variety, inventory, consistency, and very few staff members that are familiar with the products they sell. In turn, many staff members have made recommendations that we KNEW indicated they had no idea what they were doing! Now, they can't keep employees b/c just like all other areas of business, the focus is greed and NOT customer satisfaction/retention. 8 months ago, the hubby got us our 1st nic salt vapes to see if we prefer them over disposables (we go through them too quickly). Few days later, we already taste burnt flavor. Take it up to the store, and we're told it's common....which is why they were discontinued months back. 420 comes around and we buy 2 new nic salt vapes. TIL THIS DAY we can't find the coils in stock after trying 4 different locations! Purchased another one 2 months back, and same issue. When I visited the Douglasville location, the sales rep told me they NEVER have the coils for either in stock....which is why she won't sell them. So essentially, employees are selling products that either don't qualify for warranty service, or, will force you to order parts online. All in all, my feedback is to the business in its entirety b/c they've allowed greed to supersede quality. And that greed is what prevents Xhale from keeping the good employees that know their products (through testing /education), can make accurate recommendations, and ultimately ensure repeat business through customer satisfaction. I overheard one of the employees give insight on the job (the customer wanted to apply for a job), and it was INSULTING to hear how low the pay is! That same guy used to be happy every time I'd see him. Now? You can tell mentally, he's checked out. Cant blame him when they work long hours, sometimes are in the store alone at night, no customer organization (so it's hard to decipher who was next "in line"), and have to deal with the challenges with the general public. It's already difficult to find a good job, but when you don't treat your people right, these are the consequences. As a result, we've found another vape store that better fits our needs read more

I went to this shop to check out their cbd products. My sisters and I suffer from migraines and have been looking for something that would naturally help ease the side effects. Not only was the cbd selection the largest I've seen but the staff was extremely helpful. I ended up getting a tincture that would help relax me. It really helps to put me to sleep so I try to use it primarily at night. I will definitely be visiting this store again. read more

Great smoke shop, with anything and everything you could need. While I do wish they carried cigars, that's not their specialty so unfortunately I have to find them elsewhere. The employees are always super helpful and are always glad to share their own experiences with certain products, good or bad to help you make a more informed decision. read more

I usually come here all the time. Great service! I would've given 5 stars but i refuse to. I walk into the store and there's a big ass dog (almost as big as me- I'm 5'2") in the store with no leash! What about people who has a fear of dogs???? Why the fuck is there a dog in the store anyway? Why no leash??? read more

I called ahead and asked if they had a certain type of pod. The guy on the phone said "Yes, we do! We only have one left so I will set it aside for you." So 40 mins later after I make the drive to the store, I say "hi, I called about the ___ pod" and there's a guy at the counter holding the box ripped open. The guy says "Let me check" then he says "oh, looks like he has the last one". The guy buying it WORKED at that shop! He tried to console me by telling me "we should be getting another shipment in a few days. NO! Absolutely messed up. An employee gets favor over a customer? Add another POS terminal on days with heavy foot traffic. On a day like today 4/20 with all the discounts offered via text, the line in-store was horrible. Figured I'd leave handle the rest of my business, and come back to something better. NOPE, at least an hour later I walked in to another long line. Waited 10 mins and decided to take my business elsewhere. Smh read more

This has to deal with the guy that was working the night shift at this location, Thornton road, Friday night around 9:30. When he was asked about 2 different products, he was extremely short and rude with his answers. I had asked him about the gummies that were being sold there as in the prices for the packets and which would be best. He told me flat out that they don't work at all and that it would be a waste of time and money to even buy them. Which i have bought a pack from there and they worked but it seemed as though they are no longer carried in this store which is totally fine. I don't know if he was having a bad evening or what but his customer service skills that night towards me and my fiancé was horrible. I think if we ever need anything from Xhale City, we will be making sure that he's not working that night/day when we come in. Everyone else that works at this store is amazing and so sweet. It was honestly all that I could do to not look him in the eye and tell him he needs to work on his customer service skills. read more

I went to this Xhale city on March 10th around 8pm-9pm to buy some juice. I used to live by the Kennesaw location which is great and I have been going there for a couple years until I recently moved and started going to this one. I've been a couple times and had a great experience both times. But tonight i was helped by Tyler. He was probably the most helpful Xhale employee i've encountered. He knew the right juices to offer after we talked for a minute about what I like. I began to see that he was very knowledgeable in several different areas as we talked for 15 minutes or so. Great costumer service that made for a very satisfying purchase of 4 bottles of juice. Very nice guy, I'll defiantly be back! read more
