We opted to use one of their caterers who offered a charcuterie board in addition to a selection of 4 additional appetizers. The charcuterie board included the following: Watermelon, Strawberries, Pineapple, Grapes Prosciutto, Pepperoni Broccoli, Carrots, Celery. Gherkins, Cucumbers Olives, Ranch, Fruit Dip Vegetable, Ham and Turkey Pinwheels Chicken Salad in Miniature Cups W/ Crackers Pepperjack Cheese, Smoked Gouda, Extra Sharp Cheddar, and Colby Jack Cheese Assorted crackers.
