I…read moreusually detail my car myself, so I'm very obsessive about how its done when I let someone else work on it. I got the business class detail (about 250) and I was really impressed with how good the car looks after only 3 hours. I called ahead to make sure they wouldn't use an abrasive compound and a rotary buffer like most other detail shops. These guys are the real deal, they clay bar it first, then use a dual action polisher to minimize the wear on the clear coat. If you live on base, they have to minimize their water usage to comply with local rules (at least thats what the detailer told me), so I would recommend dropping it off somewhere outside the gates. I really wish they had a shop where I could just drop off my car and wait, but they're mobile only so you need to set up a time for them to come to you and be flexible with your schedule. My appointment had to be pushed back three hours - I saw this as a good thing: it means they spent longer on the previous job rather than just rushing through it to get to me. To make this a completely honest review, I will also add my very few criticisms: the door jams and exhaust tips were untouched, the windows were hazy and streaky and needed to be redone, and the engine bay is not part of the business class detail. I texted the detailer with pictures of the things I found but received no response.These criticisms would normally knock them down a star or two but the rest of the car looked so good that I'll give them a full 5. I'll definitely call back, but next time I'll check the car over before they leave.

Terrible work, mismatched paint and it took 5 months to do it…read more Lots of lip service but very little action. When I got my car there were overlooked broken motor mounts that needed replaced, parts that were not replaced including: bumper locknuts; panel clips: mud flaps: wires taped to body parts, the wrong headlight was installed (the "extra" wire was not even questioned). Electrical grounding points were painted. The paint still has fisheyes and areas are not even painted. There is overspray in the engine compartment, this is a job I would expect out of my next door neighbors carport for 50$+parts. Each time there was another excuse: "The car is low and hard to paint", "The engine compartment is not the same color as the rest of the car", "The plastic bumper does not take the paint the same as the rest of the car", "There was nothing there (body clips)". The real topper was the tape holding my headlight wires (taped to the inner fender with black electrical tape) rather than use the factory wire clips. I've taken it back and had the paintwork redone to little satisfaction, there is still missed areas and even more overspray. This work has reduced the resale value of my car by at least $10,000. I will gladly retract this post if the body shop is willing to address the issues.
