One cancelled because she fell, Liz said that Trung offered to go to her house to do her nails if she wanted. How sweet is that?! Going above and beyond for their customers. I know that Liz takes extra time with clients that need extra time. If you have a physical disability, that doesn't matter to anyone at Phantastic, they'll do your nails and will not turn you away.
