Rosy agreed it didn't taste like gum mint and the owner graciously changed it out. From my experience at hookah bars, flavors can come out differently if the head isn't cleaned well, but the owner insisted they all are. He even brought out the box of shisha so I could see what they're using and yes, it was the exact one I have. After changing it out, it still wasn't right. He came back to check on me and I was honest in that it still didn't taste like gum mint, but I told him it was fine. He offered to swap it out yet again, but at this point I wasn't trying to be difficult. His whole staff and himself had been so nice and I didn't want to be "that customer." The next night I came back with my brother and the owner along with another waitress from the previous night remembered me and once again received excellent service.
