Update!!! Compared to the last time my service was absolutely terrible. It was a little after 12 midnight. Untrained bartender, struggled throughout I was solo, no group, just myself and I found a seat at the bar Waiting to be seated is pointless when they don't even come back to take your order They ran out of hookah (unequipped with enough supplies) I noticed that they could've sanitized ones were costumers have left. Bartender ignored the fact that a customer was in front of him, would not serve me. (Temporary fill-in bartender/management) Instead tried to get a waiter but she continued to carry a conversation with others for over 30 mins. Poor management skills, and communication. A hour has passed, at this point. The reason for my 2 stars is the bartender did not serve me. Actually had no problem serving a women who walked up to the bar and asked for two shots. This is not okay... At one point he stopped and walked off and came back with a drink for himself The owner was only serving friends and not his costumer's. While his waitress are having miscommunication and not making sure everyone is taken care of.

Loner here, best hookah lounge with people who live loud music and great food and the service is at it's best.

Ok so this was my first hookah experience, so I can only compare this to other late night bar experiences, not hookah itself. Visited the spot with a group of girls last sat night around 9 or 10pm (and stayed past midnight). When we walked it is was SO quiet. There technically was a dj, but it was soft chill music, where we were looking to party. Thankfully the dj honored our requests and put on some more booty shaking music (although the music def could have been louder.) Walking in at first there are a bunch of banquet style tables with table cloths (kinda weird- again not the vibe I was expecting), but there were couches in the back. The first L shaped couch we were seated at was super uncomfortable and awkward to sit and chat with everyone, but we were moved to a pair of leather couches which was way better. Our waitress was new and seemed a bit overwhelmed but overall she did a good job. She just didn't have any knowledge of the different hookah flavors- she really needs a cheat sheet on that. We ordered drinks and a hookah, but we were required to order multiple hookahs for our size table. Not really a fan of that policy- we wasted a lot of hookah, and we ordered plenty of drinks. At the end when it came to our bill our waitress asked us what we each ordered, which was a bit of a nightmare, and she had to put all the hookahs on one tab instead of divide it eventually between each of us. Overall I did have fun with my gal pals, and out of the 3 hookah flavors I tried one was delicious. The music playing better music at the end of the night saved the party. Drinks & hookah were decently priced. Only 1 female bathroom was a PIA.

I LOVE this place!! Friendly staff!! The owner is amazing. He interacts with his customers. The cook Danielle is great and Mya is my favorite bartender! It's such an intimate vibe and so chill. Definitely worth a hang out

Came on a Friday evening. There were about 6 tables of guests. Tools a few minutes for someone to take our drink order but once ordered they came right out. The DJ this evening was decent, it was early in the evening so we didn't stay past 11. May go again. Decent hookah but if your looking for a more lit experience there are better options. Definitely avoid the drink "lust" it's gross and taste like medicine.

I love this place. Wonderful ambiance, chill and relaxing spot. Very good music and excellent service. The drinks are always strong and awesome selections. Drama free place to come and just enjoy yourself. It's a must visit. A+ in my book. The owner is friendly and always takes suggestions to make the place more personable.

The lounge is visually appealing. It's spacious, clean, and the music and tv's are solid. The actual hookah is decent; I've had better and worse.I didn't love that some flavors require you to upgrade to a premium hookah but I can look past that. The service was my least favorite part. I went early evening on a Wednesday when the place was rather empty. My server had no desire to help me. I walked to the bar 3 times to get my own drinks and even had to walk over to close my tab.

As the night went on, the DJ started doing their thing and the whole atmosphere shifted...in a good way. It went from chill to a full-on vibe pretty quickly. Only downside? Parking can be a bit of a headache, especially once the crowd rolls in. So I'd definitely recommend getting there early if you can. It has officially become my go-to destination whenever I visit Jacksonville and want to get out of the house and actually enjoy my night. First off, the service here is top-tier. The staff is attentive, friendly, and they genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. And the food? It's consistently delicious. I recently had the salmon, and it was cooked to perfection--flaky, flavorful, and better than what you'd find at most dedicated restaurants. It's rare to find a lounge where the kitchen keeps up with the quality of the atmosphere, but Trio pulls it off effortlessly. Now, let's talk about the main event. In my opinion, Trio offers the best hookah in the city. The pulls are smooth, the flavors are bold, and the setup is always clean. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or just looking for a relaxing smoke, you won't find a better experience elsewhere. The Vibe: It's a true kick-back atmosphere. It's sophisticated and lively, making it the perfect middle ground for those who want to socialize without the deafening noise of a nightclub. The Crowd: Be warned--this place is a local favorite for a reason! It gets rather packed on the weekends. Reservations: To ensure you aren't stuck waiting, I highly recommend reserving a table in advance if you're planning a weekend visit. I can't recommend Trio Hookah Lounge enough. Whether you're there for the vibes, the incredible salmon, or the smoothest hookah in town, you're guaranteed a great time.

The server approached our table to see what we wanted to drink or hookah. We declined the Hookah. As I was overlooking the menu; I noticed they had drink menu which most drinks were $20+. To me that was bit steep. I ordered oysters (7/10), sushi (6/10), and wings(siracha) (8/10). When the food was brought out i had the wrong order, but it was fixed. After we ordered our food that was the last time we seen our server she disappeared. So, we didn't get any refills on our drinks or water. I'm guessing they was short staffed. So, I will give them grace. Someone in my party didn't enjoy their food and the chef/manager came out was very combative. They offered to cook something else, but my party mate was not impressed with the food so declined the offer. But the staff keep being pushy. I know the location is the beach, so they have to up prices on food and drinks to keep up with the competition. The place is nice inside with Japanese art inside. I ordered a hookah recommended by the server ("blue...something"). It was just okay. The charbroiled oysters were disappointing -- the Parmesan on top was hard and tasted like processed cheese. I wouldn't recommend this spot for food, but I would recommend it for drinks. The biggest issue this visit was the environment. It was freezing inside, and we weren't informed at the time of our reservation that the heat wasn't working. We had to ask about it ourselves, and the only explanation given was that they "tried to fix it."

The photos didn't lie. This place is nicely tucked away from the Atlantic and San Pablo craziness. Walking in I felt transported to another country. As cliche as that sounds I don't have any other way to describe it. I love the items imported straight from Turkey for sale (the staff are true salespeople as they really wanted me to purchase something. They were beautiful but I didn't see anything that I HAD to have). In the back. the wisteria hanging from the ceiling and the middle eastern sofa for lounging and maybe for some snacks and hookah made it seem so cozy. I loved all the decor. The first thing we got was the Turkish Coffee that was heated in hot sand. The guy serving us, I wasn't sure if he was the owner or not was really great. He warned us not to ingest the coffee grind/powder/sludge on the bottom but that we'd really enjoy the taste. That was perhaps the best tasting coffee I've ever had not to mention it was nuclear hot. We got the Charcuterie for 2 which had lebna or lebneh, cheddar, gyro meat which I thought was shawarma but it wasn't, grape leaves, hummus, fruits and crackers with a side of honey and pita bread slices. I don't remember having lebna before but I loved it. There were some extras we got like the mozzarella balls, the ful medames, olives, and I believe some kind of date cakes. Trust me. We were good after eating all of this. My fiance also had Lentil soup which he said was nice and simple. Definitely had a wonderful experience.
