When I scheduled my most recent appointment about three weeks ago, I was very clear with Savannah on the phone that I only wanted Dysport, as it has consistently worked best for me. She said she would note this in my chart. On the day of the appointment, Savannah took my before photos, and I again asked her to confirm that I was receiving Dysport. She told me yes and said she would confirm with Lori. Lori then came in and performed the treatment. I left believing I had received Dysport. Three weeks later, after being unhappy with the results once again, I called the office to ask exactly what product had been used. That's when I was told it was Letybo, not Dysport. I am extremely disappointed. I was clear about my concerns, clear about my request, and clear about what I consented to. Yet I was given a product I explicitly asked not to receive.
