One module worked for only a few months before failing again, and the second never worked at all when it was returned to me. After waiting eight months for updates, I was eventually told the second unit is now "unrepairable," which is incredibly frustrating. If this were a reputable shop, these issues should have been identified early in the process--especially considering I was charged $100 just for an initial evaluation. To this day I still haven't received back this unit. Overall, this was a long, costly, and disappointing experience with poor results.

These people are absolute pros that love music, and every visit I learn a little more about the products Most recently I had the 8" Vifa woofers from a pair of Snell E III's refoamed. Last year they worked on a CJ-PV1 preamp for me and sold me a Conrad Johnson Sonographe SA-250 to go with it. BTW, the person I bought the CJ-PV1 had tried to get it repaired at 2 locarions in Florida. He's jealous that it's singing for me. A few years ago a former boss called me just about in tears because his JBL'S he'd had for decades foam had deteriorated. The prices for used parts were through the roof, and how long would they last. He had Northwest Speaker and Equipment restore them and was thrilled with both the price and the quality work A note of caution, if your gear needs attention, don't wait until permanent damage is done. Worn out speaker surrounds can ruin the voice coils. Leaking capacitors or other issues can cause irreversible damage if left too long in your receiver, amps, turntables etc. It's easier and cheaper to replace a failing part, than it is to try and replace a circuit board that's now been ruined out of production for 20 years, or longer These Vifa woofers look pretty darn good for being about 30 years old. More important to me they will continue to play beautiful music for years to come. I wish I'd taken a before pic. It's very easy for me to recommend this facility, and I don't do that for too many repair places Cheers

When I asked about specific products, he offered to call the store owner to haggle (awesome)! I didn't buy anything, we had to head back to downtown Atlanta for Coheed & Cambria, but I would certainly stop back in and/or haggle with them on Reverb. TLDR; looking for a Fender or an acoustic? ** This review is just on the WeeJam Music Class for Kids **…read more We just attended our first Wee Jam class and it was so much fun! It is for kids ages 0-5, which at first I was nervous about, but it was fine. Parent involvement is needed, so if you think you are going to go and just watch, you are wrong. The class is on Saturdays before the store opens, and you need to per-register. It is an 8 week class that is about $130 for one kid and $200 for 2. The teacher gets everyone to sing songs, play instruments, and dance. My kids loved the drums and the songs. They made us all have a dance party and my little guy was rocking out to " We will Rock You" by Queen. It is nice that it is not all kiddy songs. They also were showing the kids how to keep a rhythm with drum sticks. I highly recommend this class to anyone with little rock stars!
