We used XOXO for our corporate reception and dinner in June and they were great! Leading up to the event Maria communicated with us regularly as needed and made sure our photo proof was to our liking well in advance. On the day of, she brought plenty of props and even multiple backdrops! This was a relief because we had planned to bring our own and left it back in Washington, DC. Throughout the night Maria was very helpful in making sure everyone that wanted photos got them, accommodated our really large groups in photos and even made extra print outs for folks. At the end of the evening she made special prints of our staff photo and brought them to me as a surprise! XOXO is very friendly, professional and give a great product at a very reasonable rate. XOXO Photobox is AMAZING! We had our wedding on 6/22/18, i decided to get photobooth the last minute. Maria responded to my email immediately at a good rate. Her customer service is top notch, very courteous and polite in the email and answered all the questions. On the wedding day, Maria and one of her colleague came to the venue, she introduced herself and ensure everything was set up properly. Her colleague stayed as an attendee for the photobooth. He was dressed very professionally and have a smile on his face at all times. The props were clean and a huge variety. The backdrop was pretty as well. We used it for 2 hours from 9-11pm and the guests LOVED it! Everyone had an awesome time and i would 110% recommend XOXO Photobox for anyone who wants top notch service, who is reliable and good quality photo strips in a very sturdy and nice album!!! Working with XOXO Photobox was easy! Don't let their small amount of reviews fool you, they are a legitimate company who does good work and they are very fairly priced unlike some of the bigger companies. They were very responsive to emails. The photobooth looked nice and was a good size. There were a few times we crammed a lot of people into it! My guests seemed to really love the props and the strips looked good. I added the photo book add on and I am happy I did. I loved being able to see the pictures my guests took and read their messages. After the wedding I received a gallery of all the pictures taken at the wedding via email, which was fun to look at. read more

We used XOXO for our reception in October & could not have been more pleased! I was originally just looking for a company with a photo booth and after several calls around, decided on them. They were responsive to my questions, were very friendly and easy to talk to and were very reasonably priced. After booking them, we also decided to use them for our photography throughout the night and they gave us a very good package deal! The night of the event, they were there early, made sure everything was set up perfect and to our liking. And they were flexible to stay over a little as the photo booth was such a hit! We used XOXO for our wedding reception and they were amazing!! Maria stayed in contact with us all throughout the process and was so nice when we needed to make a couple last minute changes. The quality of the photos was great and you even get digital copies as well! The photo booth was a HUGE hit with our guests and our attendant was moving people through so smoothly! She also printed copies for every single person within each photo, which is very helpful when you have 8 girls cramming in at once who all want to take the pictures home with them. :) I would recommend XOXO to anyone. read more

We used Xoxo Photobox for our annual fundraising event. The audience was a mix of adult attendees and high school scholars, all party goers had fun with the photo booth. Maria was exceptionally easy to work with. She was immediately attentive with a quote and the contract. A reasonably priced quote I might add. There was some back and forth on our side and she was very flexible. We had some constraints due to where the booth would be set up, and because they could be nimble and flexible , it worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Xoxo Photobox! read more

BUYER BEWARE WITH XOXO PHOTOBOX I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism this company has shown over the course of the last two weeks. As a wedding planner and a bride I work with vendors all day, everyday, and I would NEVER except this kind of treatment for my clients. I sent XOXO photobox an email inquiring about services on Friday Aug. 4th, I asked about potential discounting since we were only a few months out. They explained that they were unable to discount as they are very busy, I said no problem I totally understand but just thought i would ask. I then asked Maria to please send me a contract. Several days then went by, two unanswered emails, a voicemail and 5 1/2 days later Maria finally got around to responding to me. She then sent the contract over a couple days later. Less than 48 hours after I received the contract I sent them an email saying that we were indeed booking with them and that they would receive a deposit by the end of the weekend. I emailed them with a couple follow up questions which were finally answered this morning, (with NO mention that they already sold our booth to another client). I immediately filled out the contract, went to submit, and then received a message saying that that contract had been deleted. Not only did they cancel a contract that they KNEW we were signing but they also displayed such a LACK of care and professionalism. They did not even have the decency to include in there email (just an hour before) that the booth was no longer available for us, instead she answered my questions as though it was a done deal and let me fill the contract out just to submit and see that they had deleted the contract. I then had to once again follow up with them to find out what was going on. Maria picked up and said ohhh yes i was going to email you, the booth is no longer available it already sold... What a poor display of service from beginning to end. read more
