I think I speak for many parents that the only thing they're missing is a splash pad! There are a handful of restrooms that are always clean and have handicap accessible changing tables too!! They do tend to run out of toilet paper quickly and sometimes only one restroom is available. Those are the only qualms I have , otherwise it's amazing ! The last few times we went over a span of this last year we have seen the foam mats warp (so kids trip over them), trash and crumbs (we go opening hours on Sundays so they aren't cleaning before opening or at closing the previous day. Wall paint in bathrooms are peeling away. Most of the games at the arcade are not functioning properly, are out of order or haven't been maintained. I'm not even going to mention the ticket distribution and prizes. The last time we went, I noticed the casing on the toddler swing toy was completely gone. I mentioned it to the staff and was met with, " there's nothing we can do about it now". While that can be true, you could convey some kind of acknowledgement, apology or genuine concern versus irritation. Eventually staff went and did their best to remedy that particular situation. There's also an area for foam balls to fly out of a machine for kids to play and they were filled with the plastic ball put ones so it wasn't really working. I brought it up to staff and they just shrugged it off and said kids take them and so they are probably all around the place in ball pits. (Again we came at opening). So that particular area doesnt really function as intended, because it has a drop down basket for the foam balls and cannons to shoot the balls from. Overall it is just looking more run down each time we have gone and by this point it seems like it wasn't accidental. It's a shame because I have fond memories going when my oldest was a baby and that's why I don't give it a lower rating.

They do private lessons which got our daughter into riding horses (with wonderful form). They do trail rides, and their trail is a gorgeous run thru the hill country. Megan, the barn manager, treats us like family. The rest of the staff always go out of their way to chat with us when we go visit our horse.
