Wonderful delivery experience. The guys where professional and very helpful. They called 30 minutes before delivery and arrived on time.

Holding my products HOSTAGE! I have been waiting for my products to be delivered since March 27th, 2026! It is now April 17th, 2026, with a delivery scheduled for tomorrow that IS NOT HAPPENING because of their LACK of COMPETENCE! It is always being rescheduled, I cannot talk to a supervisor directly, I have to wait for them to call me and they NEVER do! They won't let me pick up my products either! This has been an awful experience. We had our oldest child, who is in their 20s, at home with our youngest, just 3 months old, while my husband and I stepped out for a quick appointment. The driver called us twice, was very friendly, and got directions to our home. Everything seemed fine as we informed him that we'd be back in about 10/15 minutes and that someone would be there to let him in. The driver arrived and dropped off two ovens, a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a dishwasher, all of which were supposed to be installed. He told our daughter that he was going to call my husband, to which she replied "okay." However, after that, he simply left. My husband arrived just 1 minute and 28 seconds after the driver pulled away. (We have it on our cameras) When we walked inside, we found everything still in boxes, with a pile of hardware and no clue about what belongs where. The kitchen was cluttered with giant appliance boxes covered in plastic, cardboard, styrofoam, and tape, making it impossible to navigate. It's frustrating to think that RXO doesn't know our situation. If this were an elderly person's home, would this delivery and setup have been considered acceptable? This is a home with 5 children. I can't use my kitchen. This is pathetic, considering RXO has one job, deliver & install. That's what you do. I'm not trained to install these items... i wouldn't put you in my office and say "figure it out." To make matters worse, we tried contacting the driver, but his phone went straight to VM. We managed to send one text message, but it seems he blocked our number after that. I called customer service - 2 hours after my husband called, they attempted to reach the local hub in Lubbock AGAIN via phone, chat, and email over four hours ago, but we haven't heard anything back. I can't use my kitchen or even walk through it, and I'm incredibly upset about the whole situation. read more

our oven was supposed to be delivered on January 2nd, we have been without a stove going on 3 months now. the company has pushed the delivery date back so many times that the automated person on the phone is saying February 15th. I asked for a supervisor and they hung the phone up on me multiple times. they keep giving us the runaround and even when we asked to go pick it up they said they would put in a request. A REQUEST??? for me to pick up MY stove. wtf. do better. read more

Horrible company. They will cancel and not deliver without any communication. And then after an apology - do it again. And then delay on getting paperwork done so you cannot get a refund. Any company, Peloton in my case, needs to avoid RXO. read more

Review updated. Originally, I had a 1-star review due to a delivery driver's no-show and getting the run around after calling in. After seeing my review, I was personally contacted via email, and a new delivery was scheduled to accommodate me. The delivery was being monitored, and besides the typical automatic tracking updates via SMS, I was also given personal updates via email leading up to the delivery and checked in to ensure we were satisfied. They very much wanted to fix the situation. And they did. The effort involved in making sure we were happy after the initial incident was very much appreciated. read more

Twice they confirmed a delivery date but never came. Then without warning changed the date for 3 days later. I would not have known if I hadn't called them. And all they can say is sorry. read more
