I reported a dishwasher issue on 14 December. They came out, looked at. It said they had to call it in within two weeks. They had to come back and take the circuit board out of the dishwasher which was completely fried. Literally it was black.. then they said it had to be replaced so I schedule the replacement now they have been out here three times at this point. They come out and they say they can't install it because they can't turn the water off under the sink and I tell them no I have a Main house turn off.. they refuse to install the dishwasher. There was no rodent damage to the unit, only evidence that it was old and worn out. Your technician was blatantly incompetent on this call and it's great that he is no longer with you anymore. However, it was not handled the way it should have been, caused problems I should not have had to deal with and I will continue to share my experience with others. There is no need to discuss this further, you can post any response you choose, but the damage was done, and the warranty company made up for your technician's incompetence.

When my dishwasher stopped working recently, I called AHS to file a claim. They indicated Appliance Tech would be responding and I began to research them to get a sense of their reputation. I very quickly grew skeptical due to my inability to find any information on them online. No website or reviews - I feared the worse. My fears were thankfully unfounded. Damy and Tanner did a fantastic job. The repair was handled professionally and efficiently, start to finish. Great communication for both the initial diagnosis and subsequent repair, and they arrived within the scheduled 2-hour window - in my experience, a rarity with any service company these days. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely use them again.

I called these folks this morning about a washing machine which wouldn't stop filling up. Earl let…read moreme know about the service call fee in advance and asked if I'd be home between 1:00 and 4:00 PM. A few hours later he called back and asked if he could do the repair earlier than planned. I said "sure!" Upon arrival, Earl realized I would need a different part due to the age of the washer. He left, got the part, returned and fixed the washer before 1:30! I found Earl to be a nice older West Texas gentleman, he got the job done, and got out. I would definitely recommend!
