I recently bought my wife a new recliner through Amazon and RXO was the final delivery service and the delivery which was scheduled through Amazon for a Saturday morning between 8-11. Stayed home from prior plans to get the delivery and received a delivery cancellation from a computer message at 9:45. Then I received a email saying nobody was there to receive the delivery. I live in the country and nobody ever came to my house. Delivery was rescheduled through the computer generated phone service for 4 days later so my wife took of the afternoon to meet for the delivery. Guess what the Jerks cancelled again. This business Is Terrible. Would never recommend. Haven't gotten my delivery yet. read more

They made sure to wear face masks while delivering. Y washer and dryer. They also took care of removing my old washer and dryer and taking them away like I requested. They were very attentive in making sure they were connected my new washer & dryer properly and working before they left. They were very professional and respectful. I want to note, I left a review 22 days ago and I still do not have my furniture. I plan to just file with the BBB against XPO and the furniture company. This has got to be the worst delivery company ever. I had another piece of furniture ordered with this furniture company that came through a different freight company and it was here quick with little issues. XPO is a joke. read more

These two guys today were very rude dis not car what they hit or how they did it and had told me they talked to their boss about not taking my old matresz as it was a warranty I said I would like you to call your boss I want to talk to him they said well we need to call him anyway I said so you have not talked to him a bit ago. So they lied to me and said by see ya later no answer and the other guybwleft walking out to the road a.q;;and the old matress is in garage blocking everything as I cannot move it by m_mm. Excellent service. These guys were so polite and friendly. They took such care with my new washer & dryer along with making sure they did not damage anything in my home. They went above and beyond when Samsung did not send the right connections with my washer & dryer to make sure I got the right connections the same day instead of having to wait weeks for Samsung to do the right thing.
