They couldn't professionally print my name without recreating the badge. She got the logo, my name, and the QR code on the back perfect. She also used the logo to create my business cards. We had a misunderstanding about the business cards. I did not think I had actually placed the order, yet. I was going to give her more information. I probably wasn't clear. I asked the lady if she had any tape indicating that the goods were "Fragile" so it can be handled appropriately, but no. She scribbled it on the top of the package. It might as well have read "good luck". I would like to see this place step up to the plate with customer care and a more professional approach to handling fragile and all items being sent.
